No, he is nowhere near the world beater he was in FM 12. It looks like he has played fairly well this year IRL but suffered a fractured skull back in November so I imagine that has prevented him from truly breaking out this season. I remember hearing how Kadlec was pronounced this summer during the Euros and being like yeah.. I knew I was saying that wrong. :lol
