We'll probably see a repeat of this past generation:
- MS have lots of third party exclusives earlier on (and gets install base lead)
- Sony have less exclusives from third parties, but have first party stuff
- Some previous MS exclusive come to Sony platform but sell substantially less, meanwhile MS start to puts out more first party stuff
- Third party stuff is now mostly multiplatform with the odd exclusive here and there, mostly just exclusive DLC and whatnot
- Sony's first party really bears fruit and releases lots of titles, MS not so much, but continues to sell higher numbers of multiplatform titles
- Console sale start to level out a bit, lots of sequels are released, both MS and Sony try some gimmicky shit that no one cares about

Correct then we didn't hear much. Easy to assume it moved.
And the old rumor for Dead Rising 3(that one I was talking about months ago) was that it was reworked to be very MP/group friendly with lots of MP options. I will be interested to follow that game more than any other and I am glad to see those rumors coming back up. Dead Rising has a very real MS connection to me which is why I was so interested.

I'll have it up in about an hour or so it's uploading at the moment. I love the enthusiasm but I made it in 5 hours and as it's timed to a 4.30 song there's a ton of games missing. Still I think the majority of bigger games and popular indies are covered so it's not too bad. One thing I had trouble with was finding decent quality footage or footage that was still up on servers for download.

I don't think Insomniac would make a new exclusive.
It goes back on the reason they moved away from Sony exclusivity. They want to expand into a multi-platform game maker, and they want ownership of their IPs.

IF both consoles release around the same timeframe, it will be harder to justify signing on for an exclusive AFAICT. For me, it doesn't make sense if they release together.

I would also say around 2-4. However I DO 100% expect MS to somehow hint, or outright say a couple titles or publishers/devs that are exclusive. Even if it is just to get talk going until E3. They will also stress that the system is done and show it playing.
Exclusives are for sure going to be hot and heavy the first year. Thats obvious but I am waiting for the unexpected smaller groups sort of like how MS is going about the arcade scene recently(news story hear last week)

I would say no to Epic. But with this being the first year exclusive costs are down as the makeup doesn't have to be NEAR as great if it was 2 vested systems with millions of users. Paying off the difference(making it worthwhile) is so much easier the first years. It was interesting to hear Shane Kim's comments on just that during the 2-3rd year of the 360.
I personally am. Any games are he gravy on a nice pile of mashed potatoes for me.
I'm actually the most interested in seeing the OS in action.
