I see no point in selecting an alien played by a real life human. It should only count if the alien is rendered in some way besides being portrayed by a human.

I think the fun discussion has to be who isn't a human but is still hot. As in, who isn't acted by a human or drawn or rendered like a human. Well, acted restricts too much. I'd agree with the Twi'Lek in the Star Wars movies being alien. So something more besides some tattoos.

The further you get from human, the uglier its going to be (even that hideous lizard thing someone just posted has tons of human qualities about it).
Even skin color, colored eyes, anything that takes some effort. Scales, lizard like, blue mass effect aliens, whatever. Those alien guys from mass effect too are pretty damn alien.
