They've used it multiple times apparently, so I doubt it's going to leak and flap about, I imagine it'll be quite swanky inside. I thought it was quite evident why they were having it at HQ.

Not entirely sure. He made a joke that seemed sarcastic but that's all I can think of. Hopefully he'll be back in a month. I can't wait to hear all of his opinions that will be bottled up for a month. Should be interesting to say the least.

Man, when I got home from being in line for the 360 launch and played Geometry Wars, it was amazing. My friend and I played that for hours, and it was so beautiful and was one of the first HD games I ever played. It's funny to think that small game was a defining moment in next gen for me.
Dead Rising was another game that did that too. It was a mix of old school gameplay and amazing graphics that really just struck another chord altogether.
Those first early years of the 360 were something else. Playing UNO, listening to custom tracks while playing simple games like Solitaire, the time where I downloaded the Fight Night demo and watched the opening CGI vid where a guy gets beaten by the opponent and doesn't react at all...until I realized I WAS THE OTHER OPPONENT AND THIS WAS REAL GAMEPLAY HOLY CRAP.
I don't know if the PS4 or Durango could really ever replicate those feelings. But it feels good to remember those times. I'm ready for the next gen.

The background doesn't necessarily need to be green for it. Kinda like how the Apple logo is white, but becomes slightly silver when it's put up against a white background.

Or you could invert it and make the "X" part of the globe green, and the font/globe silverish-white.
This is what I expect.
keeping it the same would be stupid, but not enough change you lose the recognition equity in the brand.

If they don't change the existing logo, even the refined one, is going to dated - all the shading make it look overwrought these days. Also it seems all MS product has a flat logo these days....
