Before I start, yes it's a bad idea. I get that.
I currently weigh 220lbs. The easiest and best way for my to lose this weight would be simply to diet and exercise. I'm not doing that. I'm going to simply stop eating.
Most days I will not eat but in order to stay alive, some food needs to be consumed. These will be limited to items such as sandwiches or cereal and only once a day at maximum. Liquids and any drinks have no effect on this test. I will still drink tea and will still occasionally buy a can of Coke or similar.
Other notes:
I also started a blog, just to get my progress down on paper. I also honestly believe no one will care but it's more fun with people pretending they're interested.

- I do work full time
- I can't cook but do eat a worrying amount of take-away.
