I haven't been following this thread as closely before. But why are we focusing only on the No DRM thing? I'd think the used game issue is just as important.
The DRM is about controlling the used game market. So they are tied into one another.
I'd slightly disagree, they may diverge. There are other potential ways to stop the used market without requiring an online connection. But I can see where you guys are coming from.

DRM doesn't automatically mean online. We are well aware that sony's DRM system is offline based.
