12 new game announcements? Dear god am I hyped! (and yes, I know this means some will be Kinect/Arcade)
12+ at the conference, 1 either side, some at gamescom and TGS. They have a crap tonne to show!

I'm just saying, Microsoft reserve the right to change the policies any time they want, so this is just the beginning if we accept it, which we probably will do.

There are plenty other threads where you can go make playful comments like your quote...E3 is all about the games and I know they will bring a lot of good games.

I'm actually afraid to post anything to do with Xbox One right now for fear of banning. It's like a bloodbath out there in the other threads.
Well I'm sure we will get various opinion pieces from many gaming websites telling us microsoft has taken all our rights away. The aftermath of all of this is just insane. Oh and xbox kills puppies and kittens while you sleep.
I never even thought of that. What happens when XBL is under maintenance, something screws up and it's out for longer than people thought? Or if it's under maintenance for 12 hours, but during that 12 hours is the only time console owner X has the ability to use the internet for whatever reason?

True, though there's always Halo, Rare's revival or maybe a third party shocka, Mirror's Edge 2 or Fallout 4 timed exclusive for example. Maybe even Insomaniac's exclusive.
I think Microsoft will have big surprises planned and the more they feel threatened the more they will be willing to sink money into exclusivity.
XBL down for 12 hours? That doesn't happen now, let alone with the stupid amount of servers planned.

Don't forget 360 announcements. That's actually something I'm pretty hyped for, hoping they've got some real treats lined up for the 360 and it's not something like League of Legends or something else that's equally boring.

Nah, seriously? I'm not sure, a new Battletoads would be pretty epic all things considered. Not as epic as say, a NEW JET FORCE GEMINI, you bastards, but erm, yeah, I've made my peace with not seeing a sequel any time.
Dyno might be right, could be Black Tusk's new game or perhaps an Avalanche exclusive, if they are indeed working on one.
Well, I kind of want to retire my 360 should I get a X1, so I don't mind too much. I want it to hit 100 mill, it deserves that milestone. (and lol could help with that)

Yes I suppose there will be big titles for the end of the year on 360. Every year before E3 everybody is complaining that MS has released his best titles for the current year, and then they unveil a few big titles coming in the following months, like Forza Horizon last year.
There was still a chance that this year they would focus on X1 instead, but the rumors in general seem to point that they'll support the 360 for some time still.

I don't expect them to spend long on 360. Maybe just announce the $99 mini, a montage of games coming soon and that's it. They announced Fable Anniversary this week so it wouldn't take up time.
Spike says there will be 12+ Xbox One games announced at the keynote and it's only 90 minutes so not much time.

Do you mean the last thing they show, or the last actual game footage shown? My guess is the end the show with a Halo logo with a 5 in the background and the Chief saying something cryptic to Cortana. I have no idea what the last actual game footage they will show will be though.
I cant believe they are going to show 12 new games, this is going to be so amazing. I really cant wait to see what nextgen Crackdown looks like.

Sounds like it could be just "game" for 360, possibly TitanFall.
They are dropping a few titles for it in the before and particularly the after-show though.

Let me rephrase it then. Why aren't there any insiders like gopherD who are willing to join the community to try to hype their machine from MS? It doesn't take much to get us excited. Just a few posts here and there to get us speculating would be appreciated.

Unless I am mistaken I believe they have done a teaser at E3 the year before release for all the Halo games and then a huge blowout at E3 during the release year. I gotta imagine Halo 5 is their big fall 2014 game, so they will tease it this year in some way and ending the show with it makes sense to me. I dont think MS has anything bigger to get fans excited for the XB1 in terms of exclusives. Maybe Fallout 4 if the rumor is true, but I am not sure how big Fallout really is.

Good to hear. Rather watch it on tv than streaming it.
I guess that makes sense. Its just Halo 4 left a bad taste in a lot of fans' mouths, so I'm hoping they take their time with it and wait til the time is right to reveal it. They better hope they have something more than Halo to excite fans, new IPs should help with that.

If there's something MS needs to avoid doing this E3 is relying or hinting at Halo 5.
Save that for next year when I imagine we'll be the first time we'll see anything solid from that game.

Really to know anything about yield stuff would have to come directly from someone very high within MS or the supply chain, but since most all his rumors are based on game side stuff he would have to know someone inside.
