All is a bit too much. I'd approve of certain characters getting a much needed makeover to some or all their attacks.

Same here, but it will be hard to figure out which one is true since I'm sure that many people would trying to be fake leakers.

The correct Brawl roster was leaked by a few people. It can't be that difficult to pay attention to which ones match up.

Well we've survived Mario and Wario so I think we can take this one.
Actually i've had a change of heart, Shulk is too similar, perfect excuse to go with Dunban instead.

Dev 1: Shiek and Shulk... their name sound like almost same, so would it cause confusion for super fans

Dev 2: Yeah, you are right. Let delete Shulk out of the game so people wouldn't get confused by similar name.

I don't know why Nintendo would add a character from the worst Final Fantasy game, but whatever.

Dunno square and ninti have been pretty tight in the past.

Alot of their games got their start on Nintendo consoles.

And on many occasions square designs Nintendo games, and mario games.

Doubtful. They'll modify some moves, maybe change a couple, but that's it. Ken and Ryu's moveset hasn' t really change that much in 20+ years. Most fighting games keep the movesets relatively the same, just making slight modifications.

I can see S-E getting into the game with the good relationship they've had with Nintendo (not stellar or anything, but better than the time Brawl came out). It's at the order of likelihood would be:

Mascot character like a slime or moogle > FF1 character from the sports games > Geno > Neku > Someone else.

At the very least, assuming the soundtrack will have a selection like Brawl's, they'll allow some Mario RPG remixes to be used.

One thing I'd like to see is alternate costumes instead of just color swaps. Pikachu already has this, but it would be really cool if you could wear Cel Link's island garb, Samus's light armor, and so on.
