The Final Bosman Show

Another great episode.

This guy is the best thing to come from the press since Zero Punctuation.

I don't think the Bosman has ever had to make penis jokes and swear word spoonerisms to appeal to the low brow audience. On the complete other hand he is endearing and polite.

I think I agree with him almost word for word. I love opening a game box, flipping through a manual, and putting the game into a console. I also appreciate the simplicity of having a huge library of digital games that you have instant access to. Given the choice, I always choose physical over digital. I know it's inevitable that physical media will be phased out (RIP most manuals), so I'm not sad about it, but I will miss it.

I still remember how I played the intro of FF VII at my local store and then bought it the next day. Sadly, we went for a 1 week vacation, so I had the game but couldn't play it. I studied that manual for days and got more and more hype. Finally playing it at home, is one of the best memories ever.

Nowadays I don't bother with manuals, even if they are good. So I couldn't care less if they are included.

Not liking this episode at all. I understand what he was trying to say, but it took me quite awhile.

to many BUT BUT BUT BUT. get to the point, Kyle.

That's actually a quality in my opinion. He's not trying to make a point, although he does come up with his own conclusion. Showing that there are many pros and cons of the evolution to digital market, and good/bad reasons to do it, helps having an open-minded reflection about it. It's not about agreeing or disagreeing with an agenda, but thinking about the situation.

I love Kyle Bosman. This show is great.

Glad to have something else gaming-related to watch every week alongside Jimquisition and Extra Credits.

(I know there are other shows, but I'm not so fond of them as to watch them every week. Bonus Round and Pach Attack occasionally, but most of the time meh...)

Just seen the new vid, only watched the butbutbut one this morning, both good once again :)

Also saw the latest Annoyed Gamer where he addressed some fan response to him being mean to Kyle lol.

It was a nice different Mini-Bosman! I'd like to see what other games he'll do during this. I've certainly never heard of Spray before

Every Dog has its Day
Kyle digs into the GameTrailers library to give a forgotten game a second chance. (10:29)

Adorable. I remember reading about that game before it came out but I honestly can't remember how it was received critically.
Metacritic suggests it was pretty much universally panned.

Man those early gen Wii games were something else weren't they? Such high hopes. And the system had so much potential (or so I thought) with "immersive motion controls" lol

So are we going to have a 3.8 gif or what?

Haha "This room has... obsolete technology" with a Wii u in the background. Not sure ift hat was intentional but it was funny.

3.8 out of what? I wouldn't have thought that Kyle gives ratings at all tho. Kinda doesn't fit him.

Can't wait till we get a Kyle Bosman plays KNACK extra show. xD

One of the episodes I enjoyed the most. I really wanted it to have, like, 2 hours of Kyle playing unknown games. lol Even though I knew Spray.

Anybody else really bothered by how GameTrailers chose to organize that room?

It looks like they just straight alphabetized everything with blatant disregard to platforms. So you've got like DS, PS3, and 360 games all on the same shelf just criss crossing each other. It looks so bad.

For such a library, I think it makes more sense

Also probably didn't expect many people to see the room.

That's my doing, and yes, while it may be a little disorienting if you just want to borrow an "Xbox 360 game" without anything in mind, if all you need some quick Battlefield footage, you can just walk in and grab one, regardless of what platform it's on without looking through 3 or 4 different sections. Works much better as far as I care.

Still looks bad =P

I used to work at a GameStop for years so I get pretty anal about my game shelves I guess, lol

That's how I organize my games, at least kinda. Gamecube, PS2, Wii, 360, and PS3 games are all together.

I never met a single person who had high hopes or thought wii controls had potential. They were bad day 1, and remain bad today.
