The Final Bosman Show

does the OP even post here anymore? can't remember the last time the OP was updated.

Would be great if someone made a new thread or an |OT| for the Final Bosman.

I'm still here, stopped updating and just linked the gt show page in the op since it has all the Bosman videos

gaf bumps this thread pretty quickly when there is new Kyle content which is nice

uggh GT video player, halfway through the video and it turns into a mosaic. No GT, I'd rather let it buffer a while than torturing my eyes.

The Xbone band was great.

I'm reminded of Jonathan Blow's lecture on Zynga-esque business models but Kyle has a nice way of distilling it down in an approachable way that gets the point across just as well.

He looks like he's coming down with something. Don't overwork yourself, Mr. B.

Fun episode though, even though as usual the GT player did its best to deter me from watching it. Seriously, what kind of sociopath programmed and implemented this?

Holy shit. I was gonna say that this was my least favorite episode (mostly because he glossed over what it means for a game to have heart or soul), but that last minute is fucking spectacular.

The part about being a dedicated gamer and the ones who look down on them, is brilliant! Didn't liked the last couple of eps that much, but this one was fantastic!

One thing I don't understand about the feelings toward Nintendo. I agree with Kyle Bosman that people like Satoru Iwata, while they may not be the best CEO's, are refreshing to have in the gaming industry just by the fact that you can tell how seriously the man takes video games. And by seriously, I don't mean that he thinks it's something to live and die by, but something that is to be enjoyed by people of any age.

However, Kyle also said this made Iwata likeable, while I also agree with since Iwata is amazing. So then, why does it seem like many people (and I'm not talking about those in the gaming industry, just regular forum dwellers and "analysts") call for Iwata's head on a pike to resign as CEO or root for Nintendo to go third party? Perhaps it isn't important at all that CEO's play or love video games, as people will hate them all the same.
