So you were complaining about it without having it or you are going to pass on a game you already have?So it's a game that looks like survival horror combined with dungeon-crawling while removing some of the best elements of both genres? I'm going to pass, sorry.
It plays and looks like a dungeon crawler. I certainly respect their philosophy, but that's how the end product came out.
This is all the camera fault, think about it, if it was the same exact game but with a normal third person camera how would you have called it, dungeon crawler or survival horror? The camera alone can change the genre? This is one of the many reasons why i say it's not a dungeon crawler(and not a survival horror)
Thanks for championing the game. It's quite underrated. While it has its flaws (my only complaint is that the connecting hallways feel too safe) it's got a lot of depth to its mechanics and it's a Vita exclusive. Plus the devs supported it long after release with a major patch (was that separate from the DLC? I bought the game and the DLC at the same time).
Have you done multiplayer? I haven't tried it myself but I imagine it would be fun.
Never tried multiplayer, i'm a single player lover and i always try to not use the wifi while i play
Patch and dlc came together because the patch added the dlc support, but the patch is useful to the people who don't have the dlc too.
