Looks fantastic in these stills and also in motion. Hard to believe really if we didn't see it for ourselves already. Really excited to see some more diverse environments though. I'll definitely be getting this day 1 as it is shaping up to be a real showcase of what a good 1st party dev can do with the PS4.

the last two have aliasing, not just the last one. also, these aren't 1080p native shots. it's hard to know in the blurry first three if the blurring is an in engine effect or not that could be smoothing out aliasing.

Looks great. Hopefully they can add more life to their cities, ala GTA. Thats always been my problem. The games are fucking fantastic, but the cities always feel dead. Yeah, there are people, but they might as well not be there.

I dig the clean style of the visuals. The guard is missing a shadow in the first pic.

If you mean the guard on the left, I think the shadow is there, it's just very light because of the light from the fire shot.

Anyway, looking great and definitely one of the few games from next gen that has me interested to play the day it comes out.

To be honest, it ain't like it rains 24/7 up here. We only get consistent rain 3-4 months out of the year, any other time it's just random showers. I think I read somewhere it rains more in New York...

Pretty much this. My natural cynical self wants to shout bullshot too but knowing how powerful the ps4 is and the talent of the dev team, I know they are legit screens. In about two - three years I can't imagine how beautiful first party PS4 games will be.

Yep native games on my TV finally! These are bullshots still, but like you said the game will probably look amazing after the crappy IQ of last gen. The games style is clean as well so that should make it even more crisp.

You shouldn't be concerned about pop in occurring in demos for games that are coming out next year and aren't even being developed on final dev kits yet. They aren't going to be highly polished at this point.
