Yeah, Titan is definitely not for me. Thank you for the recommendation though. That's been on my maybe watch list for a while so I'll definitely check it out.

Ok, so the pace has most certainly slowed down to a crawl. Pretty much to the point where I wish they would get on with it. Have to wonder how many episodes it will take
. Of course I will stick with since I still find the show's mythos to be interesting enough.

for Eren to reach the basement of his former home. I hope the payoff is worth it but I am skeptical and will keep my expectations low

The exaggerated melodrama of Attack on Titan can certainly be rather amusing. Moreover it's hardly that gruesome, despite the number of people that are killed in the series.

I don't really talk much about anime outside of this site since I know it'll just lead to embarrassment. I haven't seen most of the shows everyone has seen (GitS or Evangelion for example) and the shows I have seen no one else has. ┐(-｡ｰ┌

Finally got back into Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

Ruby and the gang are sent through initiation, where they must find a partner amongst their fellow classmates that they'll be stuck with during their stay at the academy. A bit more eventful than the last, and it looks like things will be picking up come next episode.

Elfen Lied is violence porn.
The first few episodes are pretty hard sci fi based so not for everyone. But once it gets rocking its pretty fun. Theres yuri in it too. Or at least faux yuri. And not-Usagi.

Why do I feel like whenever there's a school trip in my anime and JRPGs, it's always to Kyoto?
How come Beauty's Beauty Blizzard could freeze the blue-nosed Akanbe a little, yet everybody else's had no effect at all? You'd at least think Sunny's attack would burn him a little if that was the case. Also they have new decors because love or passion or something.

I guess Im lucky I dont have this problem. I know several people into anime including the people I live with.
I know that feel. When I have to stop and post a small impression it totally makes me not want to continue marathoning. It takes special circumstances and extreme boredom for me to complete a marathon. Or a REALLY good show.
