No, just that at this point, we don't know, that PS3 seems the likeliest but is far from a lock at this juncture. Most arguments beyond that are mostly wishful thinking or emotional reactions masquerading as some in depth industry analysis.
Again, I wouldn't bet limbs or random family members on any platform, it can go any way, but most justifications are shit.

A PS3 version would be nice, but I'd be open to it being on handheld. SMT IV was a very enjoyable experience and I can get the most out of RPGs when they are portable.

1) When Persona 5 is announced, it'll be for 3DS and "possibly" Vita.
2) With Sega in charge, who can say if they'd even bring it over to North America unless Sonic and his shitty friends are the personas you fuse with.

I think the people expecting PS4 are crazy though. Remember this is Atlus, the people who released Persona 4 as a PS2 exclusive in 2008. They even released Raidou 2 the next year!

Because I want to play Atlus games but I don't want to buy every single console in the market. They have games on 3DS and they are also working on a Wii U title. The best option for me would be 3DS, Wii U or PS4 (because I will buy it eventually to play FFXV and KH3).

But I understand that those who bought a Vita want the game there.
