Ill probably get the DL body, and the AF2 head, and the rest go with AK for now.
You don't need full DL. Get a few big upgrades and a primal weapon and you will be fine. Is your base HP over 3.4k (or close)? Then your gear is fine.
Yeah, right now its 3,4ish and I have around 800 phylostones to spend.
3.2K base HP (not including Tank party buff or food buff) is going to be a stretch for a BLM, even in full Darklight + Ifrit weapon

The first dungeon is part of the main story quest, just after the quests that first took you to the three nations via airship.
It's not so bad. I'm not even that talkative in the FC chat but every time i've asked for help there have been Gaffers willing to assist. Had a great GAF group help me through CM a few days ago and they even explained to our DF Tank that this was a story run.
Yup, seems like that's my next quest.
Can you buy equipment over level 15? Or do you have to make it yourself?

Quest gear should be sufficient for your battle class but when I was leveling crafting I was worried that you'd be reliant on the market etc for that kind of gear. But it seems that towns have their own shops that have level-appropriate gear if you're missing a piece or two. Problem is it gets pretty expensive after level 20 stuff so maybe the market board would be better (even if it's gouge city a lot of the time).
So yeah, if you can't buy it in the main cities it's probably in a quest hub town of the level range you're thinking of. Problem is it's hard to tell if people are overcharging on the market or if that's the real vendor price. Personally I really like crafting gear for myself to use as an armorer but holy crap is it ever slowing down my leveling process. Especially since I don't really need gear if I want to Fate grind, although I prefer questing.
I have found myself with an excess of seals so I've bought a few pieces of my Grand Company gear. The sword was a pretty big upgrade at 30 and the ring is waaaay better than what I had before.

BLM have more base HP than healers. I have full DL + relic and have 3.8k as a healer. It is different for everyone, but I am including food buff in the 3.4k.
Yea, Mor Dhona is really popular at the moment! The place looks really fantastic too!
Are there quests for blacksmiths beyond the guild? I really don't feel like crafting the same item over and over to get to level 15.
Edit: Seems I can do some Levequests.
I didn't realize how big Levequests could be until I delivered a HQ item for one. I got something like 14k bonus exp whereas normally I'd only get the base 4000 or so.
So I'm definitely going to save those for crafting from now on.
I don't understand how people are so bad. Like, I understand messing up once or twice. But the first boss of Qarn is SUPER EASY as a DPS. All you do is attack the boss, attack bees, and move to remove Doom. That is it. You don't even have to kite the bees, they do absolutely no auto-attack damage. Just attack the bees, move to the glowy runes, and attack the boss.
Seven wipes. The DPS either forgot to attack the bees or forgot about the Doom. I even would say "Doom" in /p chat and they'd ignore it.

I do notice the amount of tells from gil sellers has decreased quite a bit at least.
The relic weapon, which people cant have if theyre doing Titan as progression is worth +150 HP for a healer, +210 HP for a BLM, which is a pretty big chunk. BLM also have the same HP multiplier as WHM & SCH (and SMN for that matter). In full DL BLM should have 296 VIT which gives around 3190 HP, so as I said unbuffed its a stretch.

Gaius NA voice is alright. Most of the voices are okay, but I think the voice direction was bad. Sometimes you have to ask "That's the take they went with?"

Heh, I have to do Stone Vigil too...though that will probably have to wait until tomorrow.
I really hope the first expansion introduces a more spacious town that can serve as central hub. Mor Dhona is so small. (though shouting while doing fates is nice, i guess)

From what I've seen he claims to not be involved in it and that everything is just a witch hunt but does admit to running Titan runs and trying to push the price up because he thinks it's unfair they charge 500k on other servers but only 150k on his. There was a screencap from a steam where he can be seen saying how they need to make them (the players) desperate and once they ralise they are price fixing they will be screwed.

Anyone else constantly getting 90000 errors? I've been trying for hours to log in. I'll usually get passed the loading screen and as soon as I move I get kicked and then I can't access the NA/EU servers for awhile after that.

I really hope Square gets around to adding a couple more summoning bells in each city. The cluster of people around them really gets to be too much at times. Even if they just added ones next to the other market boards 20 feet away it'd help a lot.

What's the worst CPU that you can get 30fps with, (assuming infinite GPU power) in theory?
Because the latest news is that maxing the game out besides physics doesn't affect my framerate (same as lowest res and everything on minimum) but it's still unplayable.
My CPU is by far the weak link in my PC, but it's better than the listed minimum. (i5 650)

Yeah, I'm finding I'm 3-4 levels over most of the story stuff for now. I don't mind I like being overpowered an it might somewhat mitigate my overall average play lol (for a time)
In your inn room you have the summoning bell for yourself. It's where I head all the time, as it's not that far away from the market.

And I never said unbuffed. And I have seen many blms easily able to reach 3.4k without downing titan before. This is 3.4k while in the titan fight so all buffs apply. I am not sure what you are trying to argue. Yeah you can't hit 50 and have that much hp, but it isn't hard either.
