I always knew her from Skins, where she plays somebody that's arguably more fucked up than Gilly is, so it's hard for me to think of her as a normal person.

Never appeared in Season 3, only 1 and 2. And in 2 he was in full armor and played by a completely different guy, so he was easy to miss.
Gotta admit, this was pretty funny.

I had heard so much about the "Red Wedding" and I figured it was Geoffrey's wedding (in the Red Keep, etc). I was totally taken by surprise. A different kind of red wedding.

Last year, they released the first production video on Dec 2nd, and then there were 3 teasers before the actual trailer on Feb 20something (can't remember the exact date).
There will almost certainly be SOMETHING released on Jan 12th because True Detective and Girls premiere that day and HBO likes to package promos with season premiere's.
