So, anyone want a Torchic with Speed Boost and Blazikenite?

Try getting a Mystery Gift from the internet. The release event is up, at least here. Free Torchics for everyone!

Also, I didn't get an answer before. Anyone found a Ralts yet?
 
Does anyone else permanently box their legendary pokemon after capture?

Edit: is regular Gardevoir Psychic/Fairy or is it just Mega? What about the rest of the Ralts line (Excluding Gallade)
 
So I enter a 3 star cafe in Lumoise City and for the meal set they want 100,000 Poké money.

What the hell? I wonder how much I have to spend to get permitted into the expensive boutique..

Route 4, they're quite rare though.

Me. There are very few Legendaries I use on any current team I have.
Less because lack of challenge and more because they don't "feel right" on my team. It's hard to explain, but they have to "fit in" for me.
 
I won't he satisfied until I get my Banette stat screen.

Would they give him speed to match pranskter? Crazy Attack? Great defenses? Special Atk? It can go anyway.

Screen please.

Yeah I know what you mean. I prefer to use the Pokemon I raised. I like most of the legendary pokemon, but I don't like using them because I don't feel like it's fair (lol), and they just don't seem to fit.
 
It's going to really bug me if I can't get all the Mega Stones onto one game... that's not going to happen isn't it...

In other news it's 7am and the stores open at 8, time to get ready!

We can never know. They could release them periodically via Mystery Gift. Half a year from now they could just say "Hey bitches, Dunsparcite" and we'd have a Mega Dunsparce. Man, love the 3DS not being hacked. Infinite possibilites!

Not without someone with an opposite version who's willing to just give them away.

Though we don't know for certain if they're one-per yet. (It seems to be the case, though)

I seem to remember them being more common in the morning in Emerald. I get Skitties now at night where I got none in the afternoon, so maybe Ralts is the morning one. Would be worth checking out. Battle, run, battle again, run until Ralts or some other Pokémon I don't have shows up.

At least my Froakie evolved out of all this.

Skitty was also really rare for me but I found them both at night time there. All routes seem to have a really rare Pokemon which is very easy to miss.

I know! Itll definitely keep things interesting as long as it isn't hacked. Can't wait to see if we get any crazy rumors a la Gen 1.

So I just clocked this game. Wow!

Other than the Exp. Share KILLING the need to grind experience I really enjoyed it.

My team as of now is:

Delphox - Level 79
Blastoise - Level 68
Haxorus - Level 68
Pidgeot - Level 66
Lucario - Level 65
Absol - Level 65

With Delphox being the active Pokémon 90-95% of the time you can see the sort of experience spread that the Exp. Share gives.

Does anyone know how to enter the boutique in the Paris-esque city by the way? I figured when I became the Champion I would be allowed in but I guess maybe I have to grind around Coffee shops / Cafés to increase my reputation in the city before they let me enter?

Idk if this has been leaked yet but on top of the exp. share not being a carriable item anymore (it's a key item you turn on and off). When exp. share is turned on, every other Pokemon in your team gets experience that's equal to half of what the pokemon who won the battle got. With or without exp. share turned on, the pokemon that's fighting the battles gets the same amount of exp. Example: I beat a Pokemon with Pidgey and get 50 experience points. If I have the exp. share turned on, it gets the same 50 exp. and on top of that every other Pokemon in the team gets 25 exp.
 
I'm gonna check the ghetto ass k-mart in town later when i go to get beer and dinner, if they got shit for sale i guess ill cancel my newegg preorder and eat the $5+tax difference.

I tried to get every item ball in the field and fight every trainer. I also spent some time making my trainer look cute.

Have to consider I wasn't 100% on what I was doing either being my first play through.

Yeah, I meant a long time... though going out of the way to fight everything isn't what I'd consider a rush personally.

Still, not a bad chunk of gameplay considering most of us will spend three times that in the postgame.
