I just remember ice house getting pissed off at her for always posting pictures of herself and mentioning her breasts. Something about chewed up nipples or something. Was really uncalled for and I don't think Koshiba has posted here since that happened.

AngelSoldier wins the thread for me. The way he got called out for something as pathetic as pretending to be Japanese, tried to change his story and deny it, reply to Japanese questions posed to him by other posters using babelfish/Google Translate, then ultimately conceded defeat... but not before trying to leave in "mysterious badass" fashion by including a bunch of "cryptic" text in the end of his last post; which then immediately gets called by another poster as part of a Halo novel. That last bit is just so pathetically funny, like he threw down a smoke bomb, flashed his cape and disappeared, only to trip, fall on his face and break his nose on the way out the door. It's like failing at failing, I love it.
just reading the thread and waiting for that post to come up every time makes me so giddy.

It's amazing how much Himuro's name comes up here. I never actually knew him from Gaf. I got to know him in late 1999ish from the now mostly defunct squaregamer forums and the now long dead squaresource forums. He certainly has gotten around on the interweb forums.

I was in that thread as one of the debaters with him that probably "contributed" to him leaving. He was acting like a drama queen after making claims he couldn't substantiate. There will always be detractors when you present your arguments like that, especially in a thread that features pages upon pages of debate and concrete examples. He "made" himself leave.
It was pretty clear that Segata was already fed up with this forum at that point. If it wasn't that thread, it would have been another. It's too bad because he was always one of my fave posters back then.
