Aso, checking every single Pokemon for base stat changes is ridiculously time consuming for one guy to do, especially since Joe is probably putting his effort into documenting the other systems in XY.Serebii hasn't updated the base stats yet.
It has 178 Speed at lvl 50, which is impossible for Raichu to achieve without a base 110 Speed stat.
It deals the standard 12.5% to Raichu.
Rock hits neutral on electric types, though.

I think I've decided to hold off until after Ace Attorney 5 though. With Animal Crossing still going on, trying to juggle three 3DS games would be a bit much. I'm sure I'll devour AA5 pretty fast though, I'm quite voracious when it comes to those types of games.

It seems like the gen I Pokemon are getting base stat changes, so we're prioritizing them over other Pokemon. Though there are multiple testers, so it's really at the discretion of whoever's testing them.lol yeah that probably would've been worse

I hate having to decide what move to forget when a new move is available to learn, I keep worrying that I am giving up a move that is unique or super powered later on in the game =/

If you breed Pokemon from two different regions (Japan/France/Germany/Etc.), there is a higher chance of hatching a shiny Pokemon.

As long as you're doing the lvl 3, yeah. Occassionally back out to do your sandbags, but that's basically it.
If anyone else wants to help out it's pretty easy.Gotcha, just curious
1. Make sure you have access to the IV judge in Kiloude city
2. Gather Pokemon with Perfect IVs in any given stat (Friend Safari, Breeding, etc)
3. Use this calculator: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18231634/Smogon/misc/simplestat.html and check for any discrepancies

Always. Probably mixing up rock and ground types. They're the ones I occasionally get the specifics confused both in terms of type matchups and what Pokemon is actually which, too.
