What's its other possible ability?

I hate going up against sap sipper personally as they're immune to leech seed.

If I'm not wrong, the happiness rater located in one of the coastal cities, but I forget which.

Sap Sipper is probably Goomy's best ability. Its other default one is Hydration (neat if you're doing a Rain team but otherwise...) and its hidden ability is a special one, Gooey, which slows down opponents that hit it directly.

Maybe it's just because I love switching into things and making them do zero damage, but Sap Sipper is too good.
 
So Gengar can learn Dazzling Gleam

As a long time Gengar fan, he got exactly what I wanted out of this gen. He got a mega evo after being rumored to get one for a while. His already awesome movepool gets better with Dazzling Gleam. Oh yeah and STAB poison actually means something other than just an archaic type choice from Gen 1. Steel no longer resists ghost as well which is a buff for Gengar for sure.

Future solo Gengar playthrough confirmed.
 
I've spent 3 hours playing this, I have not managed to select a name or nickname yet. If it was just one I'd be done but now this is even more agony. How often is the nickname used, is it ever used in the same sentence with your other name? Does anyone outside of your group of friends use it because it's mighty tempting to go with Big Daddy as a nickname :D
 
Wow, they turned Druddigon from looking really stupid to looking almost cool. I was sad to see sprites go originally, but the 3D helps make a lot of the old Pokemon look much better.

I don't think anyone other than your NPC friends uses the nickname. It's never used in the same sentence as your actual name.

Not a fan of Garchomp's look in this, his head doesn't look right.

Yeah. Some Pokemon that were unremarkable before actually became more iconic in the transition to 3D (Bidoof being my favorite example).
 
It took three boxes worth of them, but I finally got a Shiny Charmander! Really please right now as this is my first shiny Pokemon ever since getting a shiny Butterfree waaay back in the days of Crystal.

Get Bargain Power 3, use it. Buy Premier balls one at a time until you get 300 or so, and then sell them back.
 
Finally, my Pokédex hit 400 'mons seen.

Btw, which supertraining missions earns you evolution stones? Leaf, Fire and Water I've found, but can't find the others :(

Congrats! I'm just starting to try to get a Shiny Bulbasaur myself. I hope I get it as fast as three boxes in!

Is there any chance of any kind of DLC?

So many things left unanswered that need to be taken care of!

For instance:
The Orbs found in Zygarde's place, the ghost lady, finding all of Arceus's plates, the game saying that Blue was in the Kalos region, etc etc etc.

Aegislash mission is dusk stone, I think the scatterbug one gives you everstone. I know one of them gives you a shiny stone.

The ninjas gave you the orbs in BW. They don't ever bother explaining it and they need somewhere to put them each gen as items aren't transferable iirc.

Orbs belong to the Sinnoh lengendaries (Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina).

Finding plates of Arceus' is normal in BW too.

well, speaking for me, my male kirlia kept wanting to evolve at level 30 into a Gardevior, which would lock it out of an evolution into Gallade. So I would purposely halt his evolution until I found a dawn stone.
