You can't trade eggs in GTS, but definitely with a friend.

Caught Mewto and the strange Snake-like legendary. Both within 10 minutes and with Pokeballs. What happened to the old times when your biggest fear while catching a legendary was the thing struggling itself to death?

Zygarde took me about 40 or 50 balls in two fights both with only 1hp, the first one it struggled itself so I had to restart. Got him in the end with a Dusk Ball.

Well, I got a Ditto with 4 31 IVs in Friend Safari and Synchronizing a Pokemon from Friend Safari with the missing 2 IVs. Then I breed the Ditto(holding a Destiny Knot) and the Friend Safari Pokemon(holding an Everstone).

I think I understood most of this except the synchronize thing. What the heck does synchronize have to do with IVs? I thought it just increased the chance of matching up natures.

I think I remember trading eggs since third gen but it might have been earlier. 100% sure it was in 4th.

The hatched Pokemon has the OT of who hatched it but the language of the game where it was layed.

Example: I bred an egg in English Y then traded it to Spanish X. It hatched and has Spanish X trainer's OT but is an English region Pokemon.

I put a Gardevoir with Synchronize ability and ___ nature in the lead to have a higher chance of getting the Pokemon I'm looking for with that nature.

I think it's more common in hordes because you fight 5 Pokemon.

Well I guess technically you have about a 0.0125% chance of running into a shiny. But in horde battles your chances are quintupled. So now you have a 0.0625% chance.

It is hands down my favorite Pokemon game ever. I played Gen 1, 2, and 5... This improves virtually everything. And adds all sorts of content that is highly enjoyable. I've not dumped over a hundred hours into a game in many years, but this has stolen my soul. In the very best way possible. I recommend it!
