It is, but it's nigh-impossible without RNG manipulation.

It depends on how perfect you want. I'm breeding for a shiny Honedge, and can guarantee that my eventual shiny will have an absolute minimum three out of the four max IVs I want. (HP, ATK, DEF,and Sp.D)

If I'm lucky it'll have all four, but I'll be happy even if it only gets three of them.

It's possible (but still unlikely) if you have two quint- or hex-flawless parents from different-language games. Masuda method for ~0.1% shiny rate, and Destiny Knot for a 1/6 chance of perfect IVs in a specific 5 stats.

It'll get a lot easier to meet those requirements once transferring opens up and 31/31/31/31/31/31 Dittos come flooding in.

I never noticed this, but on every pokemons summary, it has their Nature boosts/drops in blue and red. Oddly, red signifies the increased and blue is decreased.
