Come one, come all, you can get yourself a Froakie with the following:
Nature: Timid
Ability: Protean
4-5 Perfect IVs (none have a perfect IV in Atk)
Most are males, some are female
All of them are in Luxury Balls
What I would like, but not necessary, is any Pokemon with a nice nature with some perfect IVs. If you can't, that is fine, this is a giveaway after all.

My Sylveon has 151(or 150) SpD at Lv50.
It has 31IVs in SpD. Modest Nature.
That's pretty awesome, should definitely be in the Q&A thread. Maybe that's why I keep getting rare pokemon like starters from Wonder trade, people trying to make perfect babies and give the rest up for adoption.

Figures why a Mega Zard's (EVs+IVs specced out in Sp. A) Fire Blast only took 50% of it's health. Jeesh.
Fire isn't Super Effective to Fairy either.

I made the mistake of going to Smogon yesterday, to see what people were saying about the new battle changes and such. Sheesh. Apparently every Pokémon sucks. That place drains the will to use anything that's not the most powerful thing. No matter what Pokémon you mention, the responses are like, "No way! X Pokemon can 2hko that Pokemon y with stab life orb z. Pokemon y sucks.". >_>
I think I'll just stick to the non-competitive scene...

every Pokemon is capable of getting OHKOed, that's a really shallow way of looking at it
I think they're trying to say that their parents don't make them who they are and they have to make a name for themselves.
I just like to breed the Pokemon I like with good natures and don't bother with IVs. I just try to get my Pokemon powerful so I can beat my boyfriend but that's it. Battling random people is fun but it's not like I'll waste 2 days getting perfect IVs for it. OU, RU, NU, whatever. I'll use it if I like it.

I think they could have worded that a bit better as children often misunderstand statements like that. The next part he says something like "It's sometimes the opposite!", so it's open to interpretation.
This dialogue here is hilarious.

Is anyone else excited when they get a silly pokémon via wonder trade because it comes from a country they don't have yet?

A question for the pros:
My son and I are both playing through this game and enjoying it a lot. I've dabbled with Pokemon in the past but never done a full playthrough. For him, it's still a bit tough and frustrating at times, so since I'm further along in the game than he is I traded him a bunch of my unused Pokemon to make things easier. This morning he popped the game cartridge out by accident, and it turns out he hadn't saved following our trade and lost the Pokemon I gave him. He was a little upset about it. I don't have them in my save file any longer, so I assume these guys are gone for good?
And further to that, is there anything to prevent me from trading him some of my team, then reloading my old save file prior to the trade so that we both have the same Pokemon? And then further still, could we not trade and reset yet again, so that one or both of us could actually have duplicates of the exact same Pokemon (eg, two or more Charmeleons or what have you)?
I'm not saying I plan to do this but if it's possible it seems like a weird exploit.

If I'm trying to IV train for a Hidden Ability, should I consider just killing off all males?
Your son should abuse the share exp.
Also, I think you can do that exploit, I mean, he traded with you and didnt save, so the thing he sent you are still in his box and at the same time you have them on yours right?
The only problem is that you cant control pokes past certain level unless you got the right badge, so dont give them overleveled stuff
The friends in this are like so darn good. Much better than how they were in Black and White with the shell, Cheren, and stereotypical female blonde that can't think. They also look better. I'm not sure if they're better than Barry yet, though, but I'd say they are definitely on par. Barry made me laugh a lot.

Today is the day I will beat the E4/Champion dear god.
This is the first pokemon game where I've clocked around 70 hours before finishing the campaign. There is so much stuff to do. I'm actually glad that the post-game is pretty thin; there was times where I felt overwhelmed with what this game has to offer. This game is soooo good!
After the story, I can chill a bit and:
Grow EV berries
TM hunting
Max my style in Lumouise
Work on a killer online team
Go nuts on the Battle Maison
Catch the rest of the legendaries
Friend Safari
Breed a shiny Gast--GODDAMN THIS RIDE NEVER ENDS

That is basically a early game party + Absol. I got the Rilou really early into the game (didn't know they would give me one).
Males can pass down Hidden Ability if paired with a ditto now. Not sure if it's 100% chance tho, But I guess a pair of pokes that were breed to have high IV are better than a wild ditto + a male with a hidden ability
