Steam-only, no Steam keys, redeems directly to your Steam account via a link. Expect this for future Humble Bundles.

1$ tier:
Worms Armageddon
Worms Blast
Worms Ultimate Mayhem
Worms Pinball
Worms Crazy Golf
Superfrog HD

6$ tier:
Alien Breed: Impact
Alien Breed 2: Assault
Alien Breed 3: Descent
Worms Revolution Gold + All DLC

So, this has no Steam-keys at all, the games are redeemed via the personal Steam-account. Is this new? Haven't seen something like this before.

Yeah this is weird not having direct access to the steam codes, guess I can't give my spares away any more.

Haven't bit yet, but have you read the usual disclaimer on the Humble Bundle page?

It doesn't give you steam keys though it makes you log in to your steam account to redeem the games.

Looks like it, and I'm not sure it works on Chrome, it just closes the tab. Maybe restarting Steam does the trick...

I am actually pretty mad about this. I bought this, owning most of the games, with the intention of giving the keys away to people. But nope. Can't do it anymore. Have to specifically redeem the keys with my account. Bullshit. I wouldn't have purchased it if I'd have known.

Whatever their reasoning is for this it's going to dramatically decrease sales of bundles, actually you can always just buy extra bundles as gifts but still it's pretty shitty.

Is it possible to redeem to multiple accounts? Like redeem all the games I want then send the link to a friend?

EDIT: NVM, you can't.

I have Worms Reloaded.

Is there any possible reason to get more than one Worms game?

I imagine their thinking is that it will give them more sales as people cant just rely on giveaways and will have to purchase themselves. Which is fair, I think. It only costs a small amount and goes to charity.

Incidentally, this should raise the BTA for every week now since people aren't going to be buying multiple 1 dollar keys to share :(

Worms Armageddon is by far the best Worms game ever made, much better than Reloaded or Revolution. Don't BTA, just get Worms Armageddon. Also, Mayhem is the 3d one, some people like the 3d games, some don't, I haven't played much of them. Also, Worms Blast is a pretty fun game, Worms Golf is alright as well. Not sure if Superfrog is good or not.

Lame. I don't like having lots of random stuff on my Steam account. Would've just redeemed the one Worms game that I'd want to play with my wife and that's it.

Does Armageddon work decently on Windows now? I have a retail copy from way back and I had to kill Desktop Window Manager just to get the colors to not be borked. And even then the interface doesn't scale well to the resolution.

That's the weird thing, you still redeem the games individually, so you don't have to have the other stuff in your account, you just can't give them to other people either.

Armageddon works fine for me on Windows 8 and worked on my Windows 7 desktop as well.

Also, nobody talks about it, but Superfrog HD is a really, really, enjoyable old-school platformer. Tons of content and secrets.

Edit: The Steam version of Armageddon works fine on my 64-bit Win7.

This new Steam-redeem system is awesome. So much faster.

I just payed with Google Wallet.

Strange. I don't have that option. I have a pay with credit card, paypal, amazon, direct from a bank account through dwolla, and even a bitcoin payment option. No google wallet option though.

I'm excited to try it, bought the bundle for that and Worms Ultimate Mayhem because I'm curious about the 3d Worms, already have all the other games in the pack.

How long does it take until the games show up in your library? I see nothing.
Dislike the recent developments on the humble bundle. I'll admittedly always cheap out but I think I only played 1 game out of all bundles so far. Only buying out of support.

This is what happens if you try to redeem a game you already have...

Ask for a refund, as there's no terms of service on the store page making it clear that you can't share.

Can't you just share the link then? Haven't bought it myself so I don't know how it works exactly.

No, because once you've logged in once the redemption links will redeem all future codes to that account.

Not sure how I feel about the new Humble system...

Also is Team17 hurting for cash? They were in the last Android bundle as well and the Breed Trilogy is a Halloween sale on Steam.

Nah, because I did want the BTA games for myself, and registered them. I'd feel shitty asking for one right now. I just want the keys to share like normal. I've emailed support.

They've been asking people to not share keys forever, I guess they finally decided to take care of it themselves. Good for them.
