I'm not doubting that it's against Twitch TOS. It probably is. And if it is, they'll block the content relatively quickly, especially if it has a tendency to show up when people are streaming Playroom.
This isn't a new thing. Uno on 360 supported the Xbox Vision Camera. There were penises. There were bans. There were no lawsuits. It's a pretty simple problem to solve, and the onus is on the parents to take proper preventative measures in these cases. They have every tool they need.
If you buy your kid a damn $400 piece of high technology, you should really make sure you know how it works.

If you meant that link specifically, then yes I knew what that probably was. The couple from last night was great. This not so much, and the more people view the easier it shows up on the front page. It's hilarious if your alone I guess. Either way I'm actually impressed they took it down so fast.
