No problem. I was pleasantly surprised it actually downloaded the update while I was configuring the system.

Yes, I got an error message for the first twenty minutes, using wired high speed broadband.
And as I'm typing, it's signed me into PSN after twenty minutes of fails!

Mine arrived about an hour ago! Finally got it set up now - didn't install the PS3's HDD (going to wait for a 1TB SSHD instead), so just updated (didn't take too long), then the PS4 froze trying to connect to Facebook so that needed a restart. No big deal though.
As I was about to play some games the camera arrived, so I connected that and it asked for face data. I was a little disappointed that the camera seemingly has no way of adjusting its position or angle, it's always looking straight ahead, so I had to make some little paper feet for it to sit on for now to get it to see me.
Finally all sorted though, time to download some games from PSN and play some FIFA, NFS and AC
Edit: Disregard what I said about not being able to adjust the camera - you can. It just takes a bit of pressure, and I thought at first it wasn't supposed to be adjusted and might damage it - seems not

that´s why you could download all of PSN to a USB thumb yesterday.. or not. I´m salty..

Amazon sent it out via Royal Mail, and my standard mail delivery turned up about two hours ago with no sign of the PS4. Talked to Amazon support, who basically lied and told me it would be there which seems unlikely now, and to top it off I don't even have a tracking number.
