It's very well designed and has a lot of replayability to it. Enjoyable mechanics that you learn more about each time and some great characters/objects/things in-game.

Need to play it more when I'm...more alert.

Rinsed through Rayman Legends, the murphy levels grew on me and it's a lot of fun in general and does look great too but it seems like they're relying a bit more heavily on the origins levels than I thought...have to play those to unlock the last area or otherwise 100% the legends content... I dunno, feels like maybe another world or two would have been nice.

Also they had some amazing level and I tried to find it but I couldn't, will come across it eventually but anyway it's like all rainbows and colourful skies and clouds in the background, nice and trippy...then it switches over to murphy iirc. Anyway that was the one of the only two or three lighter/brighter themed levels. Most of the others are darker, and still look great but I was a bit surprised they didn't have more bubbly, colourful and light-hearted themes - of course, not including the origins levels.

I feel kinda guilty playing them when I haven't 100% origins yet but I want that last world and need like 150 more thingies.

Could just be my imagination but it seems like games either have cross buy or cross play but not both. I've been playing Hotline Miami on the Vita and fully expected my save to be on PS3. Dragon's Crown would be a no brainer if it was cross buy but I can't decide what platform I want it on more so I'm just going to see if it gets cheaper.

When is Wolves Among Us hitting Vita? I'm holding off on it to get the Vita version but its getting harder and harder. I will probably have to get WD season 2 on PS3, cannot endure that wait for Vita version.

Gonna read through the last few pages, but wow, I can finally download Final Fantasy V to my Vita... before that was VR Missions.

I got Sorcery Saga in the mail today... and
Angry Birds Star Wars
-_- which was on sale for $29.99... which is the lowest I expect Activision to go any time soon before they decided to melt down and recycle any remaining copies to make new copies of ET.

Can't touch Sorcery Saga til I finish Ys: Memories of Celceta, but I did play a few levels of the other for a few minutes... ok fun. My first time with the franchise. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

I think I would enjoy Dragon's Crown a lot more if there were more dungeons. I'm currently going through the game on hard mode with an Amazon, and even though I have only put around 17-ish hours into the game, I am pretty bored playing the same dungeons over and over.

Good Vita day for me. Was third in Rayman Legends' Daily Extreme Infinity Tower Challenge and got my online trophies and thus also Platinum for WRC3. Could finally delete it and download Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable. Can't wait for dat 200 hour grind for its Platinum.

I just got Spelunky too, but won't have a chance to play it for a while. Is it a game that can be beaten, or is it more of a score attack game? From the videos I've seen it seems like more of the latter, but I'm not sure.

Has anyone experienced any bugs with the latest system update? I get a bug where when I start up Killzone Mercenary the screen stays black unless I press the PS button and go back into game. After that the game works fine. I've tested it over and over to see if it wasn't just a one time thing. It isn't anything game breaking but it is annoying. I'll post a video in a bit.

Both and more. ;)

Have no doubts, very solid purchase if you like platforming.

Might as well get the console one, nothing too special about the Vita version.

Of course the console port will be better.
Shouldn't have the framerate issues, should have better textures, etc. It could also have additional bug fixes, which would be good.
The Vita one wasn't bad while it was exclusive... but now, if you really want to play the game, I don't see why you'd play it on Vita over the other platforms.

Thanks I'll probably get it for PS3 as long as no bad news comes about when it releases. Also going by the trophies for the PS3 one there doesn't seem to be any multiplayer ones, I wonder if they removed it. That'd make it an easier plat I think.

Heres the trophy list if anyone is interested. It does mention "improved graphics, tweaked missions and new content."

PSone FFs look amazing on Vita. Just make sure to get the NA or JP versions for the best experience.
Yep, two 16GB memory cards are incoming - one for my native Australian PSN store and PS+, and one for the PSX games I'll buy from US PSN.

[returns to waiting impatiently by the mailbox]

Now you must quote and reply to everybody to make up for the last few pages.

Come on, get on it.

I'm not that desperate. lol.

Finals are also coming up so I'm not sure I can keep posting the way I did last month. I'll be sure to make up for the time lost though. I finished P4G and a few other games so I guess it's all good.

I've been playing Receatter on the PC for quite a awhile and I wonder if there are any games like it on the Vita. The closest I could think of is the Atelier games but I already have those stuff.

Could someone please tell my 14 year old it isn't his Vita? It's mine? He's now addicted to Super Crate Box... :P

EDIT: Fuel Tiracas is also free by the way.

I don't think there is quite a game like Reccetear with its perfect mix of simulation and action rpg elements. Quite a shame actually.

killatopak already got the platinum.

Unfortunately, not yet. My sister have been using the Vita half of the time to play P4G too.

Between that and my Thesis, I don't think I'll have the time to platinum it yet.
So, basically it takes killing off your internet connection to stop you from topping the monthly charts.
Well if it comes to it, I could just go to an Internet Cafe. :D

That's sad. I was having a blast playing it too.

Haha sorry, I meant for topping the thread's posting chart and doubling the second top poster's count (iirc). That's a platinum in my books. Triple would be a unfair with frost around.

It was Wario64.

And man... Cytus Lambda... if this game had more visuals, like DJ Max... it would be so freaking amazing.

Are the musics there from Korea too?

Looks fine on my iPad. Says that they have no announcement/information for Mind=0 but are working on the Muramasa DLC for early next year.

You guys must be on some super high res screens, because I could read that image perfectly. It was someone asking Aksys if Mind/Zero was still on the table for localization, with the Aksys person responding about Muramasa DLC.

Command/Control +/- to increase image size easily should work on a few browsers - are you guys using mobile?

The pic is 180x100 pixels man. Unless I am missing something. Zooming in just gives me blurry crap/
The image is 599px × 208px for me :S

Top of the page upcoming game recommendations:

Terraria - just buy it guys, we can join up and stuff
multiplayer animal crossing
Eufloria HD - yeah, get this.
Luftrausers - absoshooting lootely
TxK, Dustforce, Binding of Isaac - why not

Super Crate Box. cool! never played it before. heard good things.

are the PSM games like other PSN games where once you download them, you own them forever? or how does that work?

Thanks for the tip. I'll take a look at it. Though indie/retro games aren't really my thing. Was feeling for a nice RPG but it looks like Y's isn't available in Europe until next year.

Maybe I'll just go back to Soul Sacrifice for a while...

dont think of it as an indie/retro game. just think of it as one of the greatest platformers ever.

to all: add me for Spelunky leaderboards/Daily Challenges! (dont worry im not insanely good at it)
