I haven't played DMC on a KB, but for some people reaching that level of dexterity is easier on a KB than a controller because they're used to it.

No idea why they weren't included except we're still new to this.
Of course it is. There are no back, forward + two buttons input and no lock on in DmC. Having to just have a button held down on a keyboard is hard enough but doing those Stinger/Calibur inputs on KB are hard. DMC4 even had some crazy inputs like some of the moves for Pandora, hard to do on a KB.

Fingers crossed for a demo. Konami put one out for Lords of Shadow, and I hope they'll do the same for Revengeance.

Bayonetta PC would be a dream. Currently playing the PS3 version and... ehhhhhh.
That's good to hear, I found that DmC had some fairly underwhelming combat.
As for holding down a button when using keyboard in DMC4.. Maybe these would come in handy

Hm, you know the same thing happened with another Steam pre-order, now that I remember... if didn't show cards were available until the release.
The region-lock doesn't work both ways: you can't gift/trade the game to people in other regions (short of e-mailing it and having the person redeem it using a VPN, that is), but you'll be able to redeem non-South American/Eastern European copies just fine.

IIRC, KoFXIII didn't have cards at first and they added them shortly after release. Maybe you're thinking of that?

Yep, pretty sure that's the one. I guess sometimes there's some lag in getting the cards tied to the game or something.
