Looks like it's not for PS4/XBone.
I called yesterday to cancel some orders with Cineplex because I didn't realize some of these movies we already own.
The wait wasn't so long and customer service representative was nice and we got it done but she mentioned the billing department is out until January 3 (... seriously?) so I won't see the authorizations drop until after that time. Not ideal but whatever. I'm okay with that.
But all the Processing orders just charged (status now Payment Settled), including the ones I cancelled. Been on hold for 74 minutes and still waiting.
It seems there's nothing anyone can do. This is really dumb. So for 2 weeks, no one is in billing and no cancellations can be processed, however they're still charging and shipping? That is really messed up.

Looks like you can also get a digital PS3 version, but only with the season pass bundle.

So is there anyway to order online, short of either using Paypal (how are returns even handled??) or a Master Card (which I don't have)?
It just doesn't ask for your Verified by Visa password. That's what it did for me.

I beileve when you return something order with PayPal, FS will refund PayPal then its up to you to deal with Paypal.

So if you return in store, they put the money back into your paypal account? Do you still get a receipt that says you made a return?
Ah, weird. I guess I can live with that if I have no other options.

Actually I returned some stuff I ordered through PayPal and the refund went through to the CC I used with PayPal, so if you meant it comes as PayPal credit then no that's not right!

So I just got my copy of the Best Buy Exclusive Metal Gear Rising but there's no sticker or anything on the box saying it is the BB Exclusive that includes the White Raiden DLC.
Is that normal? Last time I got the a BB Exclusive game it was marked as so on the case. I don't want to open it if it's the wrong thing.

Has anyone had to cancel an order on Cineplex? You can't do it though the site and have to call them. It's been 3 days since I did so and the order I had cancelled is still listed as SUBMITTED like my other orders.
The guy I spoke to said he'd send the info down to shipping, whatever that means. What a weird system they have.
