Yeah, they're just publishing but I think if it had dual audio they probably would've mentioned it by now since they obviously know that people want it.
It's Q2 2014, it's probably too early. Didn't it take a long time for Dragon's Crown too?

(Also, is that all it takes to get an M rating? a suggestive pose and "You have giant boobs!" that's it?)
I've only played the demo for Vita, but one thing that immediately struck me was the super-smooth frame rate. It's very pleasant on the eyes.Having played both JP versions, I can say the Vita version is vastly superior. The graphics are really washed out on the 3DS version, whereas they are vibrant and sharp on the Vita. IIRC Vita version also runs at 60fps whereas 3DS version is 30fps. I would never recommend the 3DS version to anyone with a Vita.
They tend to be more sensitive to sexual content too, or at least became increasingly so. DoA 1&2 were T but then from 3 onwards more or less locked into M.Yeah, ESRB has been really harsh with the ratings lately. I've beaten Ace Attorney 5 and that is NOT an M game.
Which version to get though?
Yeah, probably going Vita now.
Wish their was a streetpass feature; it would have made it a clear decision from the get-go for me.
Hells ya!

Too Ranka.Too mahou shoujo for my taste
She has short hair though, and that's quite something
Agreed,If it doesn't have dual audio it's probably an issue on Atlus USA's side rather than Spike Chunsoft's since they've been pretty good about developing games with multiple audio tracks in mind.Yeah, they're just publishing but I think if it had dual audio they probably would've mentioned it by now since they obviously know that people want it.
Can't believe Atlus is localizing something like this. Guess they must be short on possible titles to localize.
Just a pre-order bonus. This game went entirely underneath my radar.
I don't currently have a Vita, but will probably get Vita version for future.
Vastly preferred Virtue's Last Reward on Vita over 3DS version. All them V's. lol
Also, is that a Limited Edition in the OP? or is that just the pre-order version of the standard edition?
Yeah, DoA 1 through 3 were T, but then DoA Ultimate & 4 were rated M (which is weirder by the fact DoA2 Hardcore on PS2 is T, but the Ultimate version on Xbox is M for MATURE Sexual Themes). But in any case, it does seem the ESRB has been more strict over the years, I guess playing it safe sometimes so they don't hear parents complain a game got too low of a rating or something. They tend to be more sensitive to sexual content too, or at least became increasingly so. Huh, you're right now that I check again... and it was T rated again on 3DS. Must be a pixel count thing, made the graphics better in DoA Ultimate or something crazy and arbitrary.Yeah, DoA 1 through 3 were T, but then DoA Ultimate & 4 were rated M (which is weirder by the fact DoA2 Hardcore on PS2 is T, but the Ultimate version on Xbox is M for MATURE Sexual Themes). About being a responsible father who wants to have a family with lots of child.soldiers
Thank god, its about time distributors stopped massively censoring games to protect 'the childrens'
Who is the target audience for this stuff in the west? :s
Yeah, I'm watching gameplay videos now and the dungeon crawling is channeling Persona 3 a LOT. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, if it is even 1/4 as good as Persona then it'll be an okay game.
Has anyone played the Japanese version?
Have they confirmed japanese voices yet?
Nope, I asked

He's the PR Manager for Atlus for those that don't know.
I wonder if the higher ups just don't see much value in pursuing it? It seems clear that many of the people that interact with the public are aware of this, and sometimes licensing/storage space is just a bitch, but it does leave me to wonder if those calling the shots, especially the developers in Japan, just don't see a point no matter how hard it's pitched and only opt for it if it's very easy and cheap. Then again if the games have a lot of voiced dialogue and they're already a large size that may've undermined it, and frankly I'd take single language but high audio quality over dual language but subpar audio quality.Nope, I asked

You are truly the hero that Neogaf deserve :'(Hmph. Hmmmmmph. Mightily kind of Atlus to announce the localization of this a week after I imported it. Hmmmmmmmph.
Since when Atlus ever released dual audio game? I know people will say P4A, but I always thought that game is more ArcSystem than Atlus. I think it just Atlus policy they've been had. Though why they have such policy, I always wondered myself.EDIT: Reported size on PSN is 1.4 GB. Whatever's the problem I doubt it's storage unless that's taken a whole gigabyte or something crazy.
They have done it with 3rd party titles, though I need to see how recently and how far back. Also the last few games Chunsoft Spike licensed out here had dual audio: VLR and DanganRonpa, so it's easy to imagine they're open to the idea at the least.Since when Atlus ever released dual audio game? Is this going to come out in Europe too, do we know?
Aquapazza also has Japanese VO, but that just might be because Atlus didn't want to spend that much on it.BASED Atlus

Frankly I don't really consider English welcome in most fighters anyway. It's just a lot of yelling and that can be better if you can't understand it, half for charm and half so you don't go mad from hearing things over and over that you understand.Aquapazza also has Japanese VO, but that just might be because Atlus didn't want to spend that much on it.
Nothing yet. Chances are probably slim to none.
