Yeah this thread is really addictive. Check every time it's active during the day. Subbed to it too.You know I'm into a thread when I check in on it while at the gym.
Also this whole thing is bollocks anyway. No 2 Stupid Dogs? Well isn't that cute. BUT IT'S WROOONG!
Heh. It's almost garuanteed for top 12 or top 10 at this point and all it has to do is get 2nd place or lower this round. We're almost at top 15.I'm wondering how many other great cartoons people can throw under the bus before letting Reboot go in a dignified top 15 position.

Top 14 is next round. We're so close now.

Arnold has more saves than kills at last glance, so it's kind of a weak argument to ask people to kill Reboot to "save" Arnold.
You guys are trying to kill DBZ, Arnold, and Courage over Darkwing Duck? Madness.
i'm also wondering how many people actually watched the show lately. this is getting ridiculous.
Because Reboot is sucking up a ton of Kills and Saves that would otherwise be used on everything else. It's this threads cancer.
Early voters try to kill Reboot, later voters try to save it. How about we end voting at 1AM?
Unless Reboot somehow miraculously survives another round I'm gunning for Superman. Why? The only episode I remember is when he raced around the world with The Flash. More importantly, Superman is a terrible superhero. He's broken and has an awful alter ego.
Arnold's still half the votes or so of Reboot (counting kills and saves). It was less vulnerable before Rygar posted (which happened right as I posted) but the logic stands. If it comes down to the wire and multiple shows are close, anything could happen, and that could mean Hey Arnold going down in flames.
I didn't care too much about the contest until this point, but I am going to murder Reboot. I am going to murder it over and over until it doesn't come back.
Hey Arnold has NEGATIVE kill votes. You're seriously fear-mongering people into voting for Reboot because Hey Arnold may get eliminated? It's not even a factor in this round.
There are typically a lot of 11th hour votes that change kills and saves on one show to save Reboot, Courage, etc, in favor of something previously thought safe. It sounds nuts, but some good shows went early because some of us assumed they were safe.
It also sends a message to not waste kills on good shows before top ten. I've also gotten pms to kill Arnold, and I just won't do it.

Batman Beyond is better for three reason:superman was way more interesting to me than batman beyond. batman beyond felt like it was trying to make batman cool when batman already was fucking badass
Batman Beyond is better for three reason:
- It's not about Superman.
- It's not about Superman.
- It's a continuation of the Animated Series, bringing in a new Batman in a darker, near future with the old Batman as his mentor.
superman had a better rogues gallery. darkseid, braniac, and luthor, were all cooler/more interesting than what beyond brought to the table. even mr mxyzptlk was pretty fun.

Look again at my first two reasons.superman had a better rogues gallery. darkseid, braniac, and luthor, were all cooler/more interesting than what beyond brought to the table. even mr mxyzptlk was pretty fun.
I think they succeeded making it edgy. It retains qualities of TAS while claiming a new identity with the old and new Batman dynamic. It's more about the insecurities of humans than good vs evil, which TAS leaned more toward (To be honest though, I haven't seen much of TAS recently).beyond felt unnecessary. like the people in charge felt they were losing their audience so they had to make batman edgy.
None of these complaints have anything to really do with the show itself, just your thoughts on the character while admitting you haven't really watched it.
Watch the show with an open mind and see how you feel after.
As far as arguing he's "broken" or "too powerful," then I'd implore you even further to watch. He's really defeatable in that show.
I was speaking on Superman as a whole, not the show. I did watch it when I was younger and from the episode I just watched my complaints on him still stand.None of these complaints have anything to really do with the show itself, just your thoughts on the character while admitting you haven't really watched it.
Superman is defeated only in the sense he gets beat up too much. All it takes for him is to rest a little while. I've always thought of him as a hero who allows himself to be punished because really, when you look at what he's capable of, he shouldn't have any problem. Superman can move as quick as the Flash yet he can't move faster than a helicopeter. It makes no sense! As far as arguing he's "broken" or "too powerful," then I'd implore you even further to watch. He's really defeatable in that show.
Somebody told me to come into this thread and vote in favor of ReBoot so I'm doing that. Also Batman Beyond if that's up. And Samurai Jack.
superman was way more interesting to me than batman beyond. batman beyond felt like it was trying to make batman cool when batman already was fucking badass
Arnold was like 11 and 5 when I last tallied hours ago.
I prefer Superman the most out of all DC animated universe actually. It actually has an interesting ongoing story line being mysterious shadowy figure backing the Intergang and concluded with Dark Seid invading the Earth, and continued on into Justice League.
I like that. For me, Batman, Batman Beyond, and Justice League felt episodic, but not so much with Superman.
edit: Brainiac also have a good ongoing plots in that series.
Your counting was way off then. I had a vote count before noon and Arnold was no higher than 1 or 2 total votes, factoring in people who initially saved it. Someone must've spread the word it was "in danger" and now, after edits, it has excess saves.
