In fairness CDPR has a terrible track record of overpromising incredible visuals in tech demos and then completely underdelivering by pretty much every metric.

Cyberpunk did end up looking better than the 2018 gameplay showcase though, graphically speaking, so they seemed to have learned from that at least.
And the mission played the same as well, it was the rest of the game that was the problem.

I'm sorry, but the GTA6 trailer is highly curated and directed to show off what they want. At 30.

I have no confidence GTA6 will run well. It will probably run like GTA5 did on PS3.

W4 runs at 60 with Unreal fidelity.
GTA 6 at 30fps looks significantly better than this game does at 60fps.

Not to mention the animations, NPC count, physics, and world activities will also be worlds better in GTA6

Disagreed. And by the way, GTA running at 30 is a big no on modern displays.

If this is possible on base PS5, GTA has no business being 30.
 
I doubt it'll be 60fps without a considerable reduction in graphics settings. I imagine that the screenshot is an in engine cutscene. I'm too old to be fooled by this bullshit.

Looks fucking incredible. Haven't been that impressed since the initial division gameplay reveal. Looks truly next gen, I hope they can deliver.

The level of detail in GTA 6 is literally eons beyond this. Its not even close. This world will be 90% foliage. So they can afford to be 60fps (it should be 30, it would look better)

GTA6 is a full blown city with unparalleled amounts of detail

Foliage is extremely hard to render. Especially a dense forest with this insane level of detail. This is unprecedented.

People thinking that a medieval world has the same shit on screen or it is as heavy to render as a modern city are in for a rude awakening.

Gta6 is not gonna be at 60fps.

The beach scene in the first trailer alone has probably more unique shit in it than 10 min roaming the w4 village.

Lets wait with comparison when we have proper geampelay form gta6 with 3rd camera perspective etc. W4 video is defenitly closer to what we can call gameplay trailer. Imo looks very good, maybe not gorundbreaking but good ue5 team focusing on improving performance + nanite for vegetation

From the same company that was even willing to lie to investors about how shit Cyberpunk was running on PS4 and X1 this means nothing.
Anyone believing any pre release BS from CDPR is basically asking to be disappointed at this point.
 
Is it bad that everything i see screams unreal engine, cause i can just see it and it bugs the hell out of me. Nothings unique anymore, it looks slightly cartoonified and too clean
