Forza Horizon 6 leaked 10 days before launch, premium edition already cracked on PC

Them not admitting its their fuck up build wss readily available at steam depot is diabolical. They also should have just made it nice for early access players and released game now. What a fucking joke and now they treaten to hw ban people who they might find accessing it

Now that Subnautica 2 has had a similar leak, I guess you're going to have to reach for a different reason?

Graphics for racing games have peaked, even a PS6/Xbox Helix will not make it look much better.
Considering they are both considerably less powerful than a 5090 I don't think they would make any difference.

But tbh this game isn't really about graphics FH5 wasn't a huge leap over 4 and it looked good enough. It's more of a fun arcade atmosphere game.

Locked and loaded for release with the premium edition. Get some fancy DLC or something apparently.

All the characters look retarded

The game itself is severely lacking in Japanese vibe with the UI, HUD, Ost, crowd and Branding.

The crowd yells one two three GO before a race 🤣🤣🤣🤣

What the fuck man

This is crazy to me, surely you make a game like this because you love Japanese culture and their big car culture.

Sounds like they just didn't care. I'm going wait for a deep sale, have too much on my backlog anyway. But that sucks to hear.

People excusing/cheering on leakers and pirates have no idea that they are slowly choking the legitimacy out of PC gaming, which is a thing that took literal decades to rebuild.

If Valve cannot protect a simple preload from getting hacked, then they are in deep shit because that's just part of the basics of being a software platform.

I think they made it because its literally a factory kinda game for them now.

Just the same shit, except swap in a different country.

Like the opening races instead of having a nighttime drift streetrace vibe, no Im launching myself off mountaintops again while F22 jets fly by with streaks of colors, wooptidoo not like Ive not seen that exact same sequence since Forza Horizon 3.

Thanks for the impressions dude, much appreciated. Was hoping this would be a lot, LOT different and have an actual Japanese vibe :messenger_grinning_sweat:

i was expecting more fps there from the 9070xt , fsr balanced at 4k is rendering at less than 1440p isnt it?

another user with a rtx 4070 8gb laptop , custom preset

I just tested, only for academical purposes of course, at extreme RT preset (the maximum preset), I am getting always more than 60fps at 3440x1440p DLSS quality on my potato RTX 3080 12GB, so game is very light. Not really impressed about the RTGI. Path tracing for yesterday, pls.

Interesting 30min vid here exploring the different areas of the map etc for anyone interested.

Game looks sick to be honest.

The view at 18:50 gave me chills lol, so beautiful

What's "crazy"? Those are clearly a couple of vague personal opinions latching onto a specific thing. To be honest, I for one don't give a flying fuck whether the countdown is in Japanese or not.

For something that feels more genuine, i'd recommend either Tokyo Xtreme Racer or JDM drift master

Different reason for what? I dont get what you want to say

Your post he commented on was made when the expectation was that the leak occurred due to the Steam preload. O Ozriel is a Microsoft stan (just look at his tag), so any chance he can get to defend them, he's going to jump on it. Instead of saying, "It came out that it was not due to a Steam preload, but rather a leak from a review copy. The same thing also happened to the Subnautica 2 devs," he decided to respond like an angst-riddled teenager. Just ignore the post and move on.

Anyone tried on the Steam Deck? When the review embargo ends? I just noticed that Monday is an Holiday in here... I think I'm weak...

It seems that loyalty cars will work on the Steam version as well for previous Xbox versions...

As for the graphics, I'm pretty sure 4-5-6 are on the same engine. They just changed the assets.

At the point these comments were made, nobody had a clue what the source of the leak was, and the devs themselves denied it came from a Steam preload, saying they'd investigated it.
Turning around after that rebuttal from the devs to still insist they were lying…that's the clown shit you're still defending? 🤣

Ah well. It's you

I used the word "expectation" for a reason. The rumor that it was caused by a preload issue was rampant, so when people see that plastered across various sources, the expectation is that it was true.

You know that devs lie, right? Guilty people, especially guilty corporations, don't typically admit fault and try to right wrongs out of the goodness of their hearts. They tend to cover up, and then maybe make a PR admission if it's not possible to conceal their wrongdoings. I believed Bungie when they said that after Sony bought them they were still going to have the freedom to make games across whatever platforms they wanted. I got into with adamsapple adamsapple about that, and a couple of years later I admitted that I was wrong to believe them. You believed that "only 4 games" were going to PlayStation. You should understand this by now.

Seomel Seomel posted his comment on May 11th at 1:55 PM (Central). It wasn't until 3:06 PM (Central) that SteamDB corroborated what Playground said. They confirmed it was "likely" leaked by a reviewer or something similar, but that was still well after the post Seomel Seomel made.

You have a bent towards anything Microsoft, and the way you responded (two days later, out of the blue, and with no interaction between the two of you in this thread up until that point) didn't do anything to make people believe you don't have a major bias. There was no reason for your "correction" to be anything more than a statement of fact. Instead, you replied like a child. I already gave you an example of how you could have replied. Go back and read it. If you had been more mature I wouldn't have called you out at all.

Ah well. It's you

Meaning what, exactly? Are you going to call me a Sony fanboy while I'm sitting here with my Windows PC, my Xbox Series X, my Nintendo Switch, and not a single Sony console? Are you going to say I'm rooting for Microsoft to fail when I have mentioned other games that I want Microsoft to succeed with (such as Fable)?

You laid it bare bro, dude is a MSFT head and anything said against them or anyone MS related is bad in his eyes 🤣

Even going so far to say my impressions are fake because they dont align with his views.
