1.The guys probably rich enough to have a place in Manhattan though right? And has probably lived there for the majority of his adult life. He's a New Yorker and has probably been living in Manhattan for decades now.
2. If he's recently gotten into photography please explain a) why is he taking pictures at midnight. Surely you would want the best lighting etc to get the best photos so why would you take photos at night and b) why is he taking photos of a scaffolding that happens to have a woman standing next to it.
3. We've already know he's racist but that doesn't mean he wouldn't take pictures of her. He could be trying to take pictures of her and use it as some sort of shitty joke on his show for all we know. It also doesn't mean he didn't find her attractive.
4. I'm sure there are but that doesn't he could've been coming out of somewhere and saw her walking and just grabbed his phone and took the picture.
5. I still highly doubt no one saw it. Maybe no one cared but I doubt no one saw it happen.
1. You're using the word probably a lot because you don't know anything. He lives on long island. He's had an apartment in NYC for a couple years because it's close to where he works. From what he says on the show, he stays in the city a couple times a month tops. I think he's only lived within the 5 boroughs for a few years of his life, and that was in brooklyn before he was famous. He's not a new yorker and he would not identify himself as one. He dislikes NYC in general. Specifically traffic, black people, deblasio.
2. a) what? you've never seen a nice photograph taken at night? b) here's his tweet about what he was taking pictures of:

And here are a couple other photos he took that night

If you just saw those pictures unrelated to this story, would you think anything of it? Dude wanted to take pictures of NYC nightlife.
3. It's possible he was going to make fun of her but it doesn't really matter why he took the picture. You are allowed to photograph people in public, as has been said many times in this thread. Also I am pretty sure he was not attracted to her, he's made his position on the subject very clear many times..
4. He was taking lots of pictures at the time with his expensive DSLR and expensive lens. he posted many of them on his twitter, it wasn't a phone shot.
5. Well the 5 black guys saw it or heard the commotion and came over. Doesn't really matter if people saw it or not, but you might have a misconception about NYC at night. It's very easy to be alone on a block in the middle of the night.
Before anyone points it out, the things I am correcting people on aren't very important to the story but I get annoyed when people are uninformed or make assumptions. I think there is some value in being accurate when having discussions.
