Sure! For MSN, I use the Messenger Plus! add-on, and for AIM I use aiMutation.

enjoy. important to note that some of the files are just backgrounds. Make sure you pick the correct one when you want to do a theme or else you'll end up with no icons, no mouse design, and no changed taskbar. When you choose one, I think the important one is the one with a picture. You'll understand when you try it out.
