Ouija 2 will be theatrical I'm pretty sure. I'm not even sure why there's a sequel, the first one surely didn't do too well and wasn't very good.

They're based off that original movie with Jack O Neil (one L), not the TV shows, so I couldn't care less.

This list seems overpacked anyway, since several of the things are only even vaguely hinted at stuff, rather tahn in any serious level of production.

And how many of these will actually happen? Sequels always get talked about. There was a time Gladiator 2 was a thing, talked about for years as a movie about that little kid having grown up, inspired by Maximus but that would focus on the large-scale battles instead.

Beetlejuice 2 has been a conversation since the mid-90s.

"In the works" means someone has it written down somewhere. Not that any of it is moving forward. Besides, it's not like all of these are coming out in the next couple years. Avatar was 5 years ago. James Cameron can talk about 2, 3, and 4 all he wants but the first sequel still has to actually happen.
