I agree that guns will never be banned in America, it just won't happen. I think the most feasible thing that can happen is for rigorous background checks to be implemented, but that probably won't happen unless some politicians stand up to the NRA.

And that's fine with me. I've shot guns before, it's a really fun activity. I know many people who shoot guns at the range for fun. They shouldn't have to quit doing that because some scumbags have a hatred for others. But they should have to go through a background check.

But they go through background checks no. I agree they should close the gunshow loop though.

I always went to Little Rock under the assumption that everyone was carrying. It's a really really shitty place.

I think it is a safe bet that the shooters, given the racial and class issues of southern gun laws, were not licensed for concealed carry.
