Forget Jericho...Orton and Batista don't need to be in the main event, either. This should just be between Benoit, Edge, and Triple H from a storyline point of view.

But all the guys in the championship match are the top guys on RAW right now, so it make sense to use them all. They're just taking the survivor series set-up and doing it over in the EC, minus Snitsky and Maven.

I'm sure Trips will regain the belt, but I'm hoping that Batista finally quits on him. He shouldn't turn face though.

I don't mind the return of the Elimination Chamber. I thought the first match was alot better than the 2nd though. The entire HHH/Batista issue could get escalated in that match. The only thing is that with all that star power in that match, who will be left for the undercard?

It makes sense for Big Dave to be in the match, since they've been teasing a face turn for him for a while now.

Could be fun, saw this coming from a mile away... I was pulling for a three man TLC match for the belt... given the great ones Benoit and Edge were in during their tag team days. But with their neck injuries and the inclusion of Trips it wasnt likely.

The exchange between Foley and Hussan was FANTASTIC. Way to cebut a guy, having him buried verbally by Foley right off the bat.


As for Flair, fuck you. you over the hill hack, you are doing nothing but tarnishing your past legend. Bret was right, you always were a hack that relied on everybody else to carry you.

My vent was mostly out of anger towards Grandpa Flair.

You must admit one thing though, he did rely ALOT on other people making him look good. Rhodes, Steamboat, Sting, even Garvin...

But for his time he was great. He needs to realize he's done and needs to stop bad mouthing the newer generation of talents. Sucking off HHH at every turn isn't going to help either.

I partiall blame Vince though, he keeps booking Flair to wrestle when he should be only a mouth piece for the improving (shocking to me) Batista.

You want to shock the world at New Years Rev.. dont put the bel on HHH agin... put it on Dave. not my favorite choice, but it would be a shocker.. by having the last 2 down to HHH and Dave. Have Dave refuse to back down and have him take down HHH (maybe with Flairs help, inadvertantly) and have him pin him. If even for a month it could shake up the title hunt going into WM21

Thats exactly what Foley said about Flair at the 10/16 ROH show I went too. He also threw in some stuff about saggy man tits, mangles teeth, and big nose, and something about carrying Batista and HHH's bags. Pretty funny stuff.

Alex me and you both. For whatever reason Snitsky works as a monster. He's a very old school heel in many respects. He'll do what ever he wants, however he wants and will destroy anyone in his way, heel or face.

He actually kinda scares me, you never can tell if its a character or actually him. Heidenreich is kind of the same way. I saw them both at Survivor Series and you can't tell where the character ends and the man begins.
