Fucking Wellemeyer walking the bases loaded. Our AAA rookie pitcher gives us five solid innings and should win his first career start yet may be screwed by this putz.

Note to Cubs fans :

"Get a room...NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR TEAM!"

Signed,

GAF Baseball fans

You Cubs fans are like Konex....giving us constant in-game updates about the state of your team. If your reliever does good, don't run to the computer!

What a shitty night for baseball. Jays lose to the M's.......Yankees lose to the Royals, clearly my avatar holds no power. All has been forsaken.

PS: Guardado is fat.

WILL SOMEONE TELL NEIFI PEREZ HOW BAD HE IS?

...as well as every cubs "starter" not named Zambrano or Maddux. Seriously.

by now it's like Mitre, Rusch, and random fan from the upper deck

DLee isn't human. He has been brought back from the future to save the Chicago Cubs in 2005!

Dont worry...Dusty will find a way to get Lee hurt and all your hopes and dreams will die like Prior's elbow.

I think it's only a matter of time before Dusty has a revelation and announces Lee is his new starting pitcher. Expect Derrek to set a major league baseball record by pitching 45 consecutive innings before his arm snaps clean off his body at the shoulder and hits Barret in the chest (for a called third strike, but still).

Eh... Glad I wasn't home to watch another Dodgers loss. :lol Anyone who watched the game, Is it true that Lowe injured himself throwing shit around in the dugout? (Buddy told me it looked like he did) Cause that would be the icing on the loser cake!

P.S All Hail Depodesta's .500 Team Moneyball!

EDIT: Looks like Milton Badley is defenitely headed for the D.L and Jason Repko will be called back to the Majors. Dessens is on his to a rehabilitation assignment in Vegas but Perez isn't improving whatsoever yet. Damn Dodgers cant catch a break!

That's uncalled for. As unimpressed as I am with Randy. 3 runs is not exactly a blowout. Last night I got scared because it was 3-0 early, but he settled. Were they suppossed to win 1 - 0?
Fuck the Yankees. Fuck the NY media. I left NY ten years ago for Florida. Go...Marlins.

(even typing that in complete jest makes me feel dirty)

aaaargh, i was gonna go on another tirade but randy did turn ina decent outing. still, i think i'll burn a steingrabber effigy or something. and for yankee fans, read the book "batboy, life as a yankee batboy" it's a great read.

Jesus, Ortiz.

He's like the Hulk with a baseball bat or some shit. :(

*Sigh* Will anyone on the Yank staff ever grow a fuckin pair and either brush this fat fuck back or friggin' nail him? Jeter gets hit, what, every other Sox/Yanks game? Yet this guy, batting like 100 gazillion against us, hitting moonshot after moonshot, is allowed time and again to belly-up to the plate, big piece of armor strapped to his elbow, crowding that shit like a Muslim in Mecca. Bah.

Uhh, probably because Jeter is a pansy, while Ortiz looks like a fucking ogre.

It's getting a little ridiculous watching the Yanks not get hits against guys with ERA's of fucking 7. Also good too see Pavano has reverted back to the mediocre version that was on the Expos, and not the good control pitcher that was on the Marlins.

This is now shit streak number 2 in this young season. It's time for a chage, and putting midgets in LF and calling up guys with wacky first names from the minors ain't it.

NICE, what could be finer than bonus Yankee/Royals coverage? Joining in just in time to see Pavano melt down. :lol If the Royals sweep the Yankees... oh man.

I really like the YES baseball guys. They remind me of the Leafs TV hockey announcers - the home broadcasters for a hated big-name club and yet their announcers are more impartial and flat out better than the small market telecasts.
