Aww man! And those long travels for Orlando! Oh my god. How terrible! I mean, it's not like Portland's closest competitor is 800 miles away or anything, or that Portland has had three four-game roadtrips this season already and has another one coming up starting tomorrow. Wahhhhh!
Sacramento is not even 600 miles.

Oh excuse me. Doesn't change anything what I said though. Portland finishes every season with the most miles traveled.

Kenny not even trying to hide his bias for ACC point guards playing in Houston. Ishmael Smith? Kill yourself, Jet.

I'm reading bullshit on Blazer's Edge where people are comparing Vince to AI and saying that AI never reached his potential cause he never won any rings.

Both of their voices are pretty damn high pitched. It's hilarious. But they never get really excited while talking so that would be a delight to hear.

But he a project, Barron's mediocrity has crystallized.
Barron would have gave us a solid 15-20 minutes to off set Turiaf. 5 pts 5 rbs. Instead we are paying a project 3 mill to see IF he can produce what i mentioned...makes no sense. If we sign a project, it needs to be project dollars.

Shawne Williams is a perfect example.

No.

Larry Brown left Detroit with a second trip to the Finals that went all the way to game 7. Hardly sabotage.

The problem was he started having health issues and then he pulled his usual Larry Brown antics by talking to the Cavs organization about a front office position before the Piston's playoff run had even ended, which pissed off Joe.

IMO, Larry Brown and the Pistons dissolved the relationship about a couple years too early. Both needed each other more than they realized. Larry Brown knew how to keep the Piston player's edge and the Pistons fit Larry Brown's "Team" concept perfectly with no superstar egos.

When Larry left, Flip came and made the Piston players much more complacent. They did better in the regular season, but they still stayed in chillax mode even in the playoffs until they were ultimately embarrassed year after year.

And Larry Brown on his new teams, got immature players who basically didn't give a shit. Also the roster situation was so FUBARed that even all the subsequent coaches in NY couldn't make it work.

I haven't been following Brown with the Bobcats, so I don't know what the dynamics are. But IMO, I think it was the health issues he had in '05 that damaged him. I don't think he's had quite the same energy level. At least not enough to start from scratch with a bottom-feeder.

No, you don't understand Larry Brown. He wanted to come back and save NY so he fucked up what he had in detroit.

He came here and was doing ok at the start by running PnR with Marbury. There was a problem though. He only liked a few guys on this team and Marbury wasn't one of them. Larry really wanted to control the enitre knicks organization. If Dolan had chose him over Isiah, Brown would probably still be here. Its just too bad Isiah is a legendary ass kisser.

Who cares? It's not like they're flying coach on some budget airline. The back to backs and 4 games in 5 nights stuff is way worse than flying across the country. It seems that Portland and Utah are always getting crapped on with the back to back stuff. I don't know how it is this year, but Utah has already done the 4 games in 5 nights deal 2-3 times. Somehow the Lakers always seem to avoid the 4 games in 5 nights scenarios pretty well.

Knicks will beat the suns, OKC, and blazers. Maybe even the Jazz. Suns have nothing to stop Amare. OKC has no one to stop Amare. Roy isn't what he was when we last played the blazers and he lead a comeback in 2minutes. Jazz frontline is small. Knicks will break even over this stretch.

Get that weak shit out of here.

Have you ever seen Raymond Felton against Deron Williams? Felton is easily Deron's best matchup in the entire NBA. All of Felton's legendarily bad lowlights come against Deron Williams. The Knicks have no shot against the Jazz.

Really? I like Ibaka, but he isn't there yet. Amare is going to be crossing him up all night and get 10 fts while doing it.

Everyone's lowlights are basically against DWill. Even Paul. That's why I bring up Amare.

Shawne Hornacek comes in, Utah Jazz fans confuse him with Jeff and start cheering for him with the game tied. This confuses Deron Williams, who calls timeout with Utah already out of timeouts. Gallo hits the GW FT to give the Knicks the win.

You see, unlike the Knicks we can play good interior defense without fouling--especially when Collison and Ibaka are on the floor together. Amar'e will probably have at least one charge drawn by Collison, and will also be swatted by Ibaka at least twice. Book it.

I actually think the better the opposing PG the better it is for us, Deron always takes it personal. I think Nash is the only top 10ish PG that has outplayed him head to head in the past few years, they have been pretty even. If your team's star is at the 1, we are probably going to win, if your teams star is at the 2, we are probably going to lose.

Last two seasons right? I believe the Sonics got that every season until they died.
Yeah, pretty much. It used to be that you had Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland within < 300 miles of each other.

That, too. Portland leads the league with the most back-to-backs this season, most likely due to their travel schedule. They arrived at the hotel in Phoenix at 3:45AM. Portland is beginning their fourth four-game roadtrip of the season tonight. That's nuts.

Portland doesn't need a healthy Roy to beat the Knicks.

Random fact, Orlando has more money on the books for 2012-13 than 24 teams do...this year.

Also, Rashard has the second biggest salary this year. Nice.

They needed him for that 10pt comeback in the last game. They really need him if they are going to try and run and gun with the knicks since that's what the knicks do. Push the ball every chance we get.

Knicks haven't played one team that practices defense all year long.

AKA regular season winning formula, playoff death.

They've got Felton too.

First team ever to finish the year with negative playoff wins and a second preseason.

If you think you're gonna fool Portland into playing a run-and-gun game with you, then :lol

They kept Phoenix and Orlando to a combined 2 fastbreak points these past two games.

Knicks are the second best running team right now imo. A lot of guys that finish well or draw fouls on drives.
