Early on Lebron was doing his best to get the ball out of his hands as quickly as possible and he's gonna throw Wade like 3 fat chicks for cherry picking to start the game off. Dude was nervous as hell. But Cleveland made it sooooo easy...

Exactly. Clearly Lebron was nervous initially and Wade was the one that actually got the Heat going early on. But it almost seemed like the Cavs were starstruck and offered no resistance, Lebron then was able to settle down and get in rhythm.
