Those calls literally put the Jazz run at a grinding halt. They'll crumble now because the Blazers are in rhythm and the Jazz are tentative.

Ugh, Jazz just want to go home.

So Portland (missing their best player) gets an actual victory (not moral) at home.

Good job, Blazers.

Lakers-Age thanks you for your tireless effort.

DAT 3RD SEED

Portland set themselves up for this win by injuring half the Jazz roster in the last game.

Edit: Also, Portland is the worst place to end your road trip, especially after a back to back. Long travel, hippie water.

Reading Dy's commentary during the Knicks game...:lol I'll take "broken" with a winning record.

Remember before the season according to DY:

1. The Knicks had barely improved.
2. The Bobcats were a (2nd round) playoff team.

This is textbook saltiness.

High sodium son...

I'm so sick of reading all these Heat articles and shit where the players are saying "We've figured it out"

Really? Fucking have you? I'm glad we owned the month of December...but it's fucking December. I hope this team goes through another cold spell to continue evolving because I hope we don't stick with only what we got now.

Darth Silas is undefeated.

I'm just gonna leave that there.

I was really really really hoping for a narrow win, but to come home to a blowout? Nice.

DAT 3RD SEED

You still have the rough part of your schedule to contend with, ours lightens up considerably going forward.

2/3 in bootleg pickem. I'll take that shit after what happened last time.

And now that the 3'rd seed has been reacquired, we're gunnin' for dat 2nd seed.

Jesus-Bynum is back in the starting rotation. The league is officially fucked.

There are few things that annoy me more than discussion about intangibles in sports.

"They figured it out!"
"They're clicking, the chemistry is working!"
"Look at the hunger in their eyes, they really WANTED IT MORE!"
"Look at the FIRE IN THEIR EYES!"

All of that stuff is largely meaningless to me, and imho, is the media playing the result and interpeting body language etc to fit the result.

Jeff-DSA said:
Wow, these refs are terrible. Everything going against Jazz now.

Reilo, your team is full of damn flops.
Jeff-DSA said:
It fits right in with everything about him: annoying. He's seriously such an idiot.
Lol he so mad and he so wrong.

Absolutely shameful performance by Deron defensively and a complete sham of a game from Al and Raja on both ends of the court. Al gets a bit of pass since his body just sucks, but Raja has a quitter's attitude and takes the easiest way out always. He's a Bruce Bowen type with no shooting, defense, or intangibles. I hated him when he was here the first time and he's even worse now. At least Hayward showed he could play so Raja won't have to anymore. Hayward has hops and is playing way better now. Evans is incredible, he needs way more playing time. His skill set is way better than I thought, and his wingspan and explosion are the best in the league. Jazz were on a b2b on the road without three of their six best players, but still discouraging in a lot of parts. Sap needs to just catch and shoot instead of hesitating, but otherwise he played great.

Utar-Age is bitter tonight.

Relax guys...it's just December.
Very true, i'm getting worried about injuries piling up though. Deron looked really passive after his ankle got stepped on and rolled. If he isn't aggressive we aren't even a .500 team.

When did I say any of that? :lol

I said, clearly, what the Knicks problems are and how instead of addressing them like they should've they started sipping their own koolaid after wins against the bottom barrel of the league. They never once tried to improve their offense's stability or even attempted to ween their players off of Amare (because he is NOT going to play like an MVP every night). Instead of taking a look in the mirror and fixing what they can fix, they, and their fans, prefer to just pray that Carmelo falls out of the sky.

They're fundamentally broken in the same sense that Charlotte was last year. A team that is VERY good at one thing but horrible at all other aspects. The moment something else other than those very specific traits are asked of, the team crumbles and is left dumbfounded, banging its head against a wall.

-if nothing else read above- I know thats asking for a lot...

I never once said that the 2009 Bobcats were a second round team (just that they should've tanked for the Cavs). I don't think I've ever said that the Bobcats were a second round.

WB. Stay free, etc.

Oh and winning records are cute. Have fun with that. Doesn't mean shit when you get swept. Real talk.

Edit: Dude won't read any of this. I don't know why I bother. Incoming umad.gifs...

I don't think anyone can call Al Jefferson letting LMA walk to the basket, jump up, and score for five straight possessions anything other than shameful. And Deron/Raja allowed 26 to Wes in like 25 minutes and Raja just quit and Raja sucks. When he starts playing defense and starts making the defense guard him I'll stop criticizing him.

edit: I'm rereading my post and I really only criticized the player who, by pretty much all statistically measures, is the worst rotation player in the NBA. I don't see how that's being Brandian.

edit 2: How did Raja have 9-6-4 in this game? He looked like garbage throughout.

KG "Injured his calf" again which greatly increases those other teams' chances.

He's out two weeks at most according to Ainge. Orlando's come-from-behind win is still the only loss they have to an East contender.

We heard a "couple of weeks" from Boston back in 2009 too, wait and see with KG.

Each and that number is per quarter, right?

Cause they own the glass is what I heard.

I don't think a Jazz fan has ever praised Al Jefferson's defensive rebounding. And the Jazz outrebounded the Blazers (Though that comes from the massive turnover difference).

Dude, it's Knick-fan standard-fare bullshit.

You challenge them on a legitimate debate as to why their team has some problems, and they counter with "but lol some obscure reference and loss from fifteen years ago your team had and lol remember that one time one of your players had that one embarrassing moment".

Chuck Hayes laughs at your excuse as he goes out and plays center.

Holy shit...I'm becoming thekad...
Chuck Hayes doesn't make any sense. He really shouldn't even be a basketball player but somehow is.

He really is a fucking anomaly...

That being said, I'm more pissed about losing Ajinca than anything. Larry's final "fuck you" trade before he killed those strippers...
