last year you could just download an fps unlocker, but the 2012 updates made it incompatible.

nobody updated the unlocker, but there is a new method of getting 60fps by creating your own trainer

i did try it and its pretty simple, 60fps is much better but it also affects car handling negatively (nothing major but its annoying), but the worst part is the frame rate dips.

this game was locked to 30 for a reason - to mask its horrific performance and lack of optimization. even though 60fps was better i couldnt stand the constant fps dips (on a 690 btw)

Well, the good part about the cap is that you can apply all that AA and not notice a drop in performance as long as it's above the 30s.

and i dont get the hate for hawx, i loved it although it could have been much longer.

the 690 can comfortably handle 120fps when maxed - it looks superb

i hope hawx 3 comes out as next gen launch title, that could be something special.

and I'm in the group who thought this game was decent at the low price... that's only regarding the car's engine sounds, very realistic.

I dont think anyone who did the previous patches knows about this or even had the steam version.
Someone would have to get in contact with the creator of the original patch if we want to have it on Steam's updated version of LA Noire.

You need Xliveless or it'll mess up the ENB

And ENBs can run on 1.0.7.0, just with less effects - So it's not always apparent if you've downgraded or not, especially not when the game looks like that.

Honestly, I think The Run is a guilty pleasure that is worth indulging.

On a good PC at 60 fps, the game actually FEELS great to play and offers a lot of track variety and some fun events. Honestly, I think it feels a bit more responsive than NFS Hot Pursuit from Criterion. If you play them back to back you'll see what I mean.

If you see it for cheap I'd recommend it. Just remember that you have to disable v-sync in the game and enable it elsewhere in order to see 60 fps while racing.

ENB runs bad on AMD. I remember when I had a 9800 GTX and was able to get 30-40 fps. Then I upgraded to 6970 and got like 25-30 fps

Isn't Frostbite 2 DX11 by default? I think this is a case of Black Box being lazy with the port.

Yup, which is why I don't get why they didn't give an option for MSAA. BF3 has it FFS.

go to autolog website and they should be in your feed - go the game website e.g. autlog hot pursuit or autlog the run and you should be able to sign in and see your updates

That's what I tried several times now. All what i see is a webpage explaining "Autlog 2.0". There is no feed.

Photomode allows you for additional tweaks and the photomode tools are always on screen...so that's not an option. And how hard can it be to find those photos online?? I uploaded 25 shots and the game clearly tells me "check them in the gallery". But where to find this fucking gallery? That's so LOL.
