Corky what settings in the Durante Fix do you make it so it's so popping and shiny. I love the Artorias armor pic. I set my SMAA to 4 and I made my internal resolution x1.5 of 1920x1080. Does it need to be higher? Is this a by-product of downsampling for screenshot only?

Gotta use freelook to take a decent shot, since the hud is way ugly after tweaking the resolution, but man this game is so great. I spent most of the weekend playing it.

well it is a mmorpg so the only other options would be to not have dialog at all (WoW, Tera, Aion,etc.) or spend millions of dollars and years working on nothing else (SWTOR) and still have it look and feel clunky...

Darksiders is a bit of an anomaly because it doesn't let you select an option higher than 1920x1080 even if you have resolutions higher than that in your control panel. You have to first download a hex editor and use it to edit four entries in a file called options.dopt. You'll find that file here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Darksiders

Back this file up and then open it in your hex editor. You'll have a bunch of characters that'll look like this:

Mine was missing that 00 at the end but I think that's because I had v-sync off. Anyway, you'll need to edit four of the spaces so it will look like this in the end:

Start from the bottom and the changes are all fairly close together so it isn't hard to get which ones you need to change. Once you're finished just save it and you should be good to go.

Just a note: These values are SPECIFICALLY for 2560x1440 resolution. I'm not sure what values you'd need to change to get other resolutions.

As for SMAA, I just used this injector and dropped the Dx9 files into the Darksiders directory.
