They only have 4 licensed, Porto, Benfica, Sporting and Braga. Most of that can be fixed with an option file once the 13' ones start appearing. (and they already have)

Sure thing. I should say that the ENB config could probably be improved, but I don't have the time anymore to sit and tinker with the cfg files and the many different weather systems in Skyrim makes it hard to find the "golden middle" in terms of lighting, color and brightness. The drawbacks from using it in outdoor environments are:

1. Need to adjust brightness at each startup with 1+PGDN/UP
2. Draw distance is too low and my computer (unlocked X4 720 BE with unlocked 6950) cannot handle all the texture mods if I increase it too much. The horizon can especially look terrible.
3. During the middle of the day it can be pretty bright, bloomy and oversaturated, while being up on snowy mountain tops can be pretty grey and washed out.
