A couple tweaks:

find WillowEngine.ini in Documents\My Games\Borderlands 2\WillowGame\Config


to turn off startup movies find:

bForceNoMovies=TRUE

and set it to false, this will also disable the intro movie if you make a new character

to turn off the black outline find:

DefaultPostProcessName=WillowEngineMaterials.WillowScenePostProcess

and change it to:

DefaultPostProcessName=WillowEngineMaterials.RyanScenePostProcess

this also improves performance some but Depth of Field is broken with it and possibly some other post processing effects

I think someone said they remove the HUD, then switch weapons and get the shot in between the weapon switches.

And also in response to those BF3 shots, those are just incredible.

Looks terrible imo. The art was obviously designed around having it there. Would be nice to be able to decrease the weighting of the line though
