Because Lebron and Wade both freelance. They try to get as many shots, assists, rebounds. blocks and steals as they can. Lebron wants to do everything on the court. Which doesn't work if there isn't a big talent gap. You need to fulfill a role. He treats NBA games like he did grade school and HS games. He needs a coach that will come in and coach him. The last time he had a guy like that he got him fired (Silas). Heat fans cry for Riley, but he wouldn't coach these guys. He knows Lebron wants a coach that's nice and buddy-buddy with him like his HS and AAU coaches were.
