Phil and Pop were not only better coaches but were always in control of their teams despite coaching superstars.
It's obvious that Spo can't control Bron and especially Wade. Wade treats him like a step mom, "you ain't even my REAL coach! I wanna stay with Pat! He understands me!"
They look like they're aiming their shots, they need to settle down and get into a rhythm
Its like you just don't want to remember the "we want more time to chill. ease off the practices, coach" shit from last year.
Now they consistently look like a team that doesn't practice. One that either overpowers their opposition, mindfucks them with big runs, or simply doesn't know what the hell to do other than play great or shitty 1 on 1 ball.

Its why the same schools steam roll everything and that there are a dozen JUCOs in the entire nation worth mentioning that would even get you a look as a walk on. Its rec league ball. And your mentality of "its instinct" is a mentality reinforced by such.

That looks like Pop giving a guy a role and developing him. Green went from being an end of the bench player that couldn't get any run, couldn't buy a bucket to being a very good shooter that could run some offensive sets and start on a contending team. Pop had nothing to do with that though.

People also forget a lot of Juco players have big talent but are too dumb to qualify but not NBA talent to make others cheat for him.
In the URI basketball (early season workouts before coaches can come, basically uri bball guys against local random dudes like me who can kinda play but get beat down usually) I've seen a handful Juco guys come in and tear even talented guys like Jimmy baron to fucking shreds. Then learn later they are either honestly illiterate or involved in drugs.
Miami gets Haslem more looks than Bosh most of the damned time... Yeah, the "smart" thing is to use Bosh and have him facilitate but Miami NEVER does it two games in a row. They just got done not doing for a whole series.
Now you want to blame everything on the loss of a guy that was never utilized properly to begin with?
