RT @dailythunder: Russell Westbrook will undergo surgery for a meniscus tear in his right knee.
Oh fuck!
wtf is a spoiker
Metta came back after a couple weeks, right? Thunder can probably make it to WCF without Westbrook, then he can come back.
Best-case scenario, yes. But even then you're talking about him coming back maybe for the start of the WCF.
Where he lived for 1 year and then spent 17 years in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

I'm just going to put it out there..
these playoffs have been terrible and will continue to be terrible.

Rockets gonna win this series.
Everyone knows a child's 1st year is very important when it comes to their development.

Clips/Grizz has literally been the only watchable series so far.
Hopefully it's not too bad and he can come back during these playoffs. If anyone can come back it's YNB.

baldy, YNB is a freak athlete and I wouldn't be surprised to see him play again this year. Depends on the severity of the meniscus injury and what kind of therapy he gets afterwards. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets lots of PRP (platelet rich plasmapheresis) to stimulate healing.
Westbrick out? Thunder gonna ship.
What!Westbrook NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
If there ever was a season that deserved an *championship, this is it.
F the heat!
Metta World Peace is dealing with a Baker's Cyst in his knee, and he had it drained in advance of Friday's Game 3 vs. the Spurs.
World Peace tweeted the photo and was not listed on the Lakers injury report, so we expect him to play in Game 3, but it's another indication that he's not anywhere close to 100 percent after returning extremely early from knee surgery. A Baker's Cyst is a term for swelling behind the knee due to an irregular buildup of fluid, a possible side effect after World Peace returned from surgery far earlier than anticipated.
Isn't this like the first time ever that YNB has been hurt?
Seriously both Metta and Jordan Hill shouldn't be playing.
Just start Howard/Gasol/Clark/Morris/Duhon for 2 games and be done with the season.
Terrible news for OKC. This will be the first time in Westbrook's career that he is going to be out, right?
