The Mavs should get Calderon because he is a pass first point guard. The catch is that they'd have to find players in the SG, SF, and C positions that can play good to great defense to make up for Dirk and Calderon's lack of defense. I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up with Jack, Tyreke Evans, Granger, Dirk, and Bynum as their starting five knowing Cuban.

I dunno, GSW has a much more diverse lineup of scoring ability, much harder to shut down, Denver has Ty Lawson and inconsistency from everyone else.
